Chi Yue looked at him, her eyes filled with a bewildered hue.
"You mind that I'm together with her, you mind that we work together, you are jealous."
Chi Yue and Fu Rongyin had never experienced this before. When they were together before, he was too hesitant to let her feel jealous. Later, he forgot about her, and one woman after another appeared by his side. She constantly reminded herself to be aware of her own status, and she hadn't felt jealous, but now...
Seeing Chi Yue's frown deepening, Fu Rongyin turned her around to face him directly, "You don't like to see me with her, I won't appear with her anymore. Yueyue, just give me a little more time, once I sort some things out, I'll send her away."
It was impossible to say she wasn't moved at all, but she didn't relent either.
For Fu Rongyin, this was the best response.
He held her hand, "You can do whatever you want, it won't affect me, you just have to trust me."
