Harper woke up early in the morning, but not in her usual bed. Well, for the last week or more, that kindly lent single bed had become her usual place.
So she got up lightly and walked to the kitchen to make her breakfast. She always took extreme care when handling any object, so as not to break anything.
She wasn't normally like this, but being in someone else's house, she tried to be especially careful. Even more so when the owner of the house wasn't there.
After all, Isabel let the blonde stay there, even after she herself left to go join her beloved Liam for fun at the rented mansion.
Harper had planned to get a hotel for the period, but Isabel insisted, and she ended up accepting. According to the woman, it was better to take advantage of that house while she still owned it; after all, she was already about to sell her house.
