"An exchange of Magic!"

Kischur's voice, laced with a hint of fanaticism and profound seriousness, echoed through the ancient classroom.

Haru, sporting his trademark dead-fish eyes, raised his right hand and casually cleaned his ear with his pinky. "Did I hear you right, old man? You said an exchange of Magic?"

"That's correct. I learned from Tohsaka Nagato's descendants that you possess the Second Magic. Therefore, I've come to discuss an exchange. As I understand it, your Spatial Magic doesn't involve parallel world interference, so I've come to trade—" Kischur nodded slowly, his expression grave.

A look of understanding dawned on Haru's face.

After personally experiencing the convenience of being a True Magic User, Haru had realized something: The Magic of True Magic Users weren't entirely complete, or rather, they were complete in a limited sense.

Just as the Third Magic he'd obtained through the Root only contained the soul energy aspect, with the rest being a complement to his original energy principles, the Magics of True Magic Users were all partially complete.

For instance, Kischur had only heard that Haru could traverse parallel worlds.

Things like Spatial Teleportation and creating Spatial items, while achievable, were done by manipulating parallel worlds to interfere with the current one.

That's why the Second Magic was named Parallel World Interference, not simply Space.

And as a True Magic User who tirelessly researched space, Kischur, upon hearing that someone had completed a Spatial Magic from a different direction than his own, had eagerly come to exchange. It was perfectly in line with the thinking of someone pursuing the Root of thaumaturgy.

"Alright!" Haru said calmly.

"I know this is a difficult request, but... eh? What did you say?" Kischur, just about to launch into a persuasive speech, heard Haru's agreement and froze on the spot, utterly stunned.

After a long moment, Kischur finally reacted, his expression peculiar. "So, shall we begin the exchange now?"

"No problem." Haru spread his hands, his expression nonchalant.

———

A tunnel, like a kaleidoscope, abruptly appeared before Kischur. He carefully clutched the two Authority Crystals of the Great Screaming Hell in his hand and stepped into the Spatial passage.

He planned to retreat to a base in some parallel world and study this different Spatial Magic in seclusion, thereby completing his own Magic.

With a look of excitement, the aged yet robust figure gradually faded into the tunnel.

Haru watched Kischur's departing back.

Once the figure had completely vanished, Haru's lips curved upwards in a self-deprecating smile. "An old man bestowing treasures... Never thought that kind of trope would happen to me."

Yes, in Haru's eyes, this transaction was exactly that: an old man bestowing treasures.

After all, the Authority Crystals of the Great Screaming Hell were single-use items, and they were Authorities formed through the special rules of the Campione World.

Without having slain a Heretic God and initiated Pandora's ritual, perfectly utilizing them, let alone integrating them into one's own Magic, was practically impossible.

Of course, with Kischur's abilities, given enough time, he could probably develop some Spatial techniques from them. But the time required would likely be measured in millennia.

"Well then, the top priority now is this—" Haru murmured softly, focusing all his attention on the enigmatic blue pattern in his palm.

It was a Magic Crest, a thaumaturgical inheritance.

A Magic Crest, which mages needed generations of family members to nurture, had been magnanimously handed over to Haru by Kischur. And this was a Magic Crest derived from the Second Magic, Parallel World Interference.

It could be said that with this Magic Crest, Haru could find a bunch of sisters and artificially create a Night of True Magic Users.

After all, Haru only needed a small part to deduce the entirety of the Magic, and any damage to the Magic Crest could be restored with a year of nurturing.

This Magic Crest was, in essence, a complete Second Magic and an inexhaustible collection of incomplete magical inheritances.

"Speaking of which, Kohaku and Hisui seem to have an aptitude for the Second Magic," Haru's deep gray eyes flickered thoughtfully. He remembered his two adopted daughters, still in middle school back home, and a smile touched his lips.

"Well then, whichever one becomes a bride first gets it." As for who the groom would be, did that even need to be asked?

Haru, with a wicked grin, divided off a portion of the Magic Crest. He then applied hundreds of seals to the somewhat dimmed Magic Crest and stored it away.

Pitch-black flames, which seemed to collide with their opposite upon appearing, erupted from Haru's hand and then abruptly impacted the Magic Crest in his palm. Silently, both the black flames and the Magic Crest were annihilated, vanishing without a trace.

Kischur's various experiments in researching Parallel World Interference, both successes and failures, flooded into Haru's mind.

A few minutes later, Haru opened his eyes.

With a casual wave of his hand, a kaleidoscope of countless flowers, shimmering with every color imaginable, appeared before him. Haru understood that each flower represented a parallel world.

After a moment, the passage, unsupported by Haru's power, abruptly closed under the influence of the Counter Force.

The reason he didn't venture into a parallel world was simply that he had no intention of doing so yet; after all, the foundation in this world had been laid, and the harvest was yet to be reaped.

Haru's figure flickered and vanished from the classroom, reappearing in the luxurious guest room arranged by the Barthomeloi family. His immediate priority was to integrate his Spatial abilities into the Second Magic.

Compared to Kischur, who lacked the foundation of a Campione and was essentially a primary school student attempting to research university-level topics, Haru, with his middle-school-level foundation researching elementary school knowledge, had a distinct advantage.

Just as Haru was about to lie down on the soft bed to begin his fusion experiment, he noticed a human-shaped bulge under his covers.

'Arcueid? No, the figure is too petite.' Haru narrowed his eyes slightly and yanked back the white sheets.

It was a figure with waist-length golden hair, emerald-green eyes, and an exceptionally petite frame. Judging by her chubby face and height, she couldn't be more than six years old.

"Little Sis? What's your name, and what are you doing here with big brother?" Haru smiled, his voice gentle, at the golden-haired little girl who was curled up in a ball, looking somewhat timid.

After all, she was just a little girl, and an incredibly cute one at that.

Haru didn't mind her unauthorized entry. Most importantly, he had scanned her over a dozen times in that instant and confirmed she posed absolutely no threat.

"Reines. Reines El-Melloi Archisorte," The Golden-haired loli said in a soft and sweet voice. She then tremblingly stood up, walked over to Haru, and with extreme nervousness, unzipped his pants.

"Brother Kayneth... asked me to... service you."

A moist, warm, and exceptionally tight sensation shot directly to Haru's brain.

Looking at the petite figure below him, her mouth stretched wide with considerable effort, Haru closed his eyes and sighed. "The fusion... can wait until tomorrow."
