I've never been involved in any kind of a police search. All I know about police searches is what I've seen on TV and in the movies and read in mystery novels--I'm partial to Agatha Christie, bestselling author of all time. Only the Bible has sold more copies. Sorry, John Grisham, JK Rowling, and whoever wrote 50 Shades of Grey. Agatha Christie is the Queen of Crime and the bestseller lists. Her detective novels not only have great characters and character development, but also descriptions of scenes and nefarious behavior that are second to none.
Even reading about the investigations by Miss Marple and Hercule Poirot does't prepare me for the way Kryptosia goes about the search of Red Bamboo's quarters.
