Day two of being an emperor and I really am ready to go back to the Wendigo for good.
For several moments, we all stand there, miniature figures in this amber and ivory setting, staring down at Character Master as his arms windmill and his legs kick out, trying to break his fall before he plunges into the river.
I'd love to say that I dove right in like a hero in an action movie.
However, all I can do is stand there like a chump, watching Character Master sink beneath the surface, headed for a watery grave. Or, in this case, a sticky one. Or a milky one.
What the h*ll am I thinking? What am I doing? I've got to act!
I turn to Daji. "Your tails! Can you use them as ropes and pull him out of the water?"
"But I don't see him." She scans the waves, watching as the world's biggest milk and honey latte flows on without stopping. No sign of Character Master.
Tina gets in Red Bamboo's face. "YOU. This is your fault."
