"Getting married?" the staff member asked naively.
Tang Jin raised an eyebrow at the question, then sat down holding Mu Jiujiu's hand and countered, "Why? Do we look like we're getting divorced?"
"Oh, that's not what I meant," the staff member explained in a fluster.
Mu Jiujiu glanced at Tang Jin and slightly curled the corner of her lips. When asked if they wanted to have a prenuptial agreement, they responded simultaneously, yet differently: "Yes."
"No need," Tang Jin asserted naturally.
Mu Jiujiu looked at him in surprise. She believed that, considering his wealth, it would be better to have a prenuptial agreement, and besides, she felt she was financially independent enough.
"What? You want to get divorced again?" Tang Jin eyed her threateningly, his voice full of menace. He understood that she maintained a backup plan because she felt insecure.
Today was an auspicious day, and Mu Jiujiu didn't want to upset him, so she smiled and yielded, "Then we won't have it."
