However, there had been only two incidents where someone dared to cause trouble here. And in both cases, the instigators were utterly crushed by the Angel King with thunderous force.
It's said that the two Dominator Creatures who instigated trouble were suppressed in Holy Light City for a full ten millennia before they were finally set free.
With these two examples as precedents, there have been no Dominator-level beings daring to stir up trouble within the city for over 100,000 years.
