So the fact that this world is much, much calmer than yours without huge crises is what has prevented this Earth from advancing so quickly in many fields of science and technology. Even if the reason he founded Parker Industries in this world 10 years ago was to make technology advance as necessary… Perhaps he should have thought well about the problems and responsibilities that would come with founding a small company that went global in less than 5 years and made great advances in aerospace, defense, security and several other technological and scientific areas. And it had become one of the best in the world last year.
Peter had unintentionally made many people interested in him and Parker Industries, but for more reasons than one he refused to let something like Otto and Hydra happen again or some of the situations that arose with some of his acquaintances, so he had become somewhat paranoid about his company's security and had kept an eye out for the rest of the world, for anyone trying to get anything from Parker Industries.
So he had managed to send messages directly to Fury of this world about certain individuals or groups in this world for years, although to mislead that it was about him he had also given Nick information about other events in the world.
If it weren't for the fact that he needs less rest than a normal human and that he only went out to act like Spider-man at night (and he only did it at most twice a week and it was rare) in almost 9 years, he wouldn't be able to spend hours hacking, although he had created a specific AI three years ago to help him, but it wasn't on par with those of Iron-man or others in his original world. The last thing Parker wanted was an Ultron-like situation.

It would be a good way to get people inside Parker Industries, if it weren't for the fact that whoever Fury's personal informant was knew about it and 'subtly' asked him not to do it.
Natasha still didn't know how Fury accepted his informant's request, but perhaps it was because he had informed them and helped them discover that Hydra was still alive, active and infiltrated SHIELD, so the first thing they had to do was internal cleaning.
Be that as it may, Fury had reason to believe that the informant was the owner of Parker Industries because of all the information they received about events related to the company directly or indirectly, together they represent the third largest relationship or coincidences among all the information Fury receives, below the second only by too short a percentage.
