Chapter 703 - Chapter 703: When do you plan to take action against Dumbledore?

Hatred?

"Maybe even earlier!"

Andy said, "The conflict between Gryffindor and Slytherin is a class conflict, and the wizard war just escalated the conflict into a bloody civil war."

After saying this, Andy paused for a moment and then continued, "Never mind. They're just a few young wizards; they can't possibly cause too much disruption. The professors will handle this."

Andy didn't know the ending of Harry Potter, but he could guess what would have happened. With Dumbledore dead, the war in the original story would have been much more tragic.

However, the post-war situation should be peaceful.

Although there have been some sacrifices, they are negligible compared to the war that took place in the original story.

Andy believes that under the suppression of the Ministry of Magic, all hatred will gradually fade with the passage of time.

"I hope so!"

Hermione nodded and said, "Maybe in a few days, they will calm down."

"Mm-hm." Andy shrugged lightly.

Undeniably, the situation Andy considered is possible, but there is a prerequisite, and that is – if everyone can think rationally.

In fact, Andy ignored the most important factor.

Human nature!

The war in the original story might be cruel.

But from a human perspective, only after experiencing a cruel war will people yearn for peace from the bottom of their hearts.

People living in times of peace simply have no idea what war means.

In this case, how could they easily let go of their hatred?

And then there are the Death Eaters.

Or rather, the Pureblood families that have joined the Death Eaters.

In the original novel, they were the defeated party.

And they were defeated thoroughly!

Defeat will shatter their ambitions.

Even if they are unwilling, they can do nothing in the face of the irresistible trend.

In fact, a crushing defeat can even shatter their unwillingness.

But now?

Voldemort may be dead, but these Pureblood families have countless ways to escape punishment – in fact, some of them have already secretly sided with Dumbledore through the Malfoy family.

Will they accept failure?

No!

They will never be satisfied until they suffer a crushing defeat!

This is the terrible thing about ambition.

It can make people incredibly crazy.

In this world, there is only one thing that can crush people's ambitions – and that is a bloody crushing defeat.

Due to the current situation, these Pureblood families may have to temporarily stay dormant, but for the sake of the family's interests, they will never be satisfied, and they will eventually try to make a comeback.

Ambition and interests are the most poisonous things that can corrupt people.

History has proven this countless times. Even when their country is about to fall, even if their living environment gets destroyed, many people will not give up their own interests.

Greed and other desires will cloud their mind.

This is human nature!

Let's talk about Hogwarts.

On one side are naive young wizards who have never experienced war.

On the other side are the pureblood young wizards who are unwilling to accept failure.

When these two sides meet, how can their hatred be easily resolved?

And indeed, this is how it turned out.

At noon, Andy and Hermione went to the Great Hall for dinner.

As soon as they arrived, they heard that Gryffindor and Slytherin had fought again.

Andy and Hermione looked at each other in silence.

How many times was this?

The second? Or the third time?

It was as if the two houses felt uncomfortable unless they fought once a year.

"What happened?"

Andy asked. "There were professors keeping an eye on them, weren't there? How did they fight again?"

Cho Chang, sitting across from Andy, said, "They'd have killed each other if the professors weren't watching!"

Hermione's face turned ashen. "How could it get so serious?"

"Don't mention it!"

Cho Chang sighed, "The father of one Gryffindor was an Auror who died in the Battle of Diagon Alley a few days ago. Incidentally, the father of one Slytherin was found out to be a Death Eater."

"And...he died in last night's battle."

Hermione: "..."

The hatred of Father's death is indeed deep!

"Was this incident serious?" Andy asked.

Cho Chang nodded and sighed, "Many people were involved."

"Although the professor was watching, they arranged the duel privately and called many people from both sides. I heard that... if the professor hadn't arrived in time, someone might have died."

I see...

Andy mused, "It seems that this year's House Cup will once again be ours, Ravenclaw's."

Hermione: "..."

Cho Chang: "..."

Huh? Could you speak more humanly?

 "Andy!" Hermione glared at him.

Andy gave up and said, "Unfortunate things have happened; we can only try to look on the bright side now."

So you thought of the House Cup?

Hermione shot Andy a fierce look.

"How are they doing?" Hermione asked, turning to Cho Chang.

"Their injuries have been stabilised."

Cho Chang said. "Professor McGonagall is furious. Gryffindor and Slytherin each lost 300 points. I heard that quite a few people have been put in detention, which will be carried out as soon as they are discharged from the hospital."

Hermione: "..."

Can we not mention things related to the House Cup?

It's not right to take pleasure in other people's suffering!

"I hope that after this incident, they can calm down a bit!"

Hermione said worriedly, "Impulsiveness won't solve the problem."

Andy also looked thoughtful.

Frankly speaking, it will be difficult to control this matter.

How can you easily let go of the hatred over the death of your father?

However, seeking revenge will only harm yourself.

Either they would lose their house points at Hogwarts or be locked up in Azkaban by the Ministry of Magic.

Without power, nothing could be done.

After careful reflection, Andy still felt that the two sides were not capable of causing any major disturbance.

"Collins!"

Just as Andy was frowning in thought, Malfoy came over at some point, "Do you have a moment? I want to talk to you about something."

Looking at Andy, Malfoy felt a little nervous.

Andy rubbed his temple.

Here we go again!

"Malfoy, you weren't involved?" Hermione asked.

Malfoy forced a smile on his pale face. "I had nothing to do with this. I'm on the side of justice."

Hermione: "..."

Patting Hermione on the shoulder, Andy got up and said, "You eat first; I'll be back in a bit."

"Hm." Hermione nodded slightly.

Once they were outside the castle, Andy and Malfoy found a corner without prying eyes.

Andy asked first, "What is it?"

Malfoy sounded a little excited. "My father wrote to me and said that the Dark Lord is dead. Is that true?"

Did they find it out due to the Dark Mark?

"Yes."

Andy nodded, "Dumbledore and I killed him together just yesterday."

"That's great!" Malfoy exclaimed.

Once Voldemort is dead, his parents no longer have to live in hiding.

"What about Dumbledore?" Malfoy hurriedly asked.

He looked at Andy as if asking: When are you going to get rid of Dumbledore?

Well...maybe he might even add, I am happy to help!

Andy: "..."

This kid...

If he wasn't lacking in strength and intelligence, Andy felt that Malfoy might be the best candidate to succeed the 'Dark Lord' title.

He really is ambitious!
