Yao Beidi hesitated.
"What's wrong, still afraid I'll eat you this time?!" Yin Bin said with a laugh.
Yao Beidi glared at him, "I just don't feel like going out right now."
"But can you help me?" Yin Bin resorted to playing the pity card, "You know my assistant, didn't his wife just give birth a few days ago? I softened up and gave him two weeks of leave. Now I have to go on a business trip, but handling everything alone really isn't convenient. If you're willing, how about being my assistant for a week?"
"You've got some guts, asking the boss's daughter to work as an assistant?!" Yao Beidi raised her eyebrows.
"I wouldn't be asking if I wasn't backed into a corner."
"You can find someone else to go with you. For example, Wu Yulin—she'd be more than happy."
"Yao Beidi, you really shouldn't kick someone while they're down!" Yin Bin gritted his teeth.
Yao Beidi couldn't help but laugh.
