"What counts as a normal couple?" Xiao Ye asked her.
Yao Beidi paused her steps, "Who knows? Anyway, between us, it should never be possible."
"Really?" Xiao Ye suddenly let out a cold laugh.
Yao Beidi didn't want to say more and resumed walking.
Just as she took a step forward, her body suddenly tensed up. A pair of large hands grabbed her wrist again, forcefully pulling her back with a sudden jerk. Her back hit the wall while another male body pressed against her fiercely. Their faces were so close that they could feel each other's breathing.
Yao Beidi's expression darkened, and she glared at Xiao Ye in front of her, taking in his restrained face and the way his lips drew closer to her, bit by bit.
