To prevent intelligence from spreading too rapidly and too abundantly, they chose to proceed methodically, delivering intelligence to the Duchy in batches.
"They are like old scholars fussing over reagents in a laboratory, dropping a bit of each reagent into water, observing the reactions, observing the interesting changes. Once one test is finished, they switch to another, repeating the previous process."
Schwartzkopf took out two wine glasses and a glass of vodka from the wine cabinet and said slowly as he poured:
