Chapter 581 - Chapter 581: Nipthal vs Mikita

Mikita stood firm. She looked at Nipthal, who sat atop his towering mech suit, a hulking mass of scrap metal and crude engineering. The machine's plating was uneven, its limbs stitched together from scavenged parts, and its movements carried a rough, clunky menace.

Nipthal gripped the twin levers, his hands twitching with excitement. "You think you can defeat me?" he asked. He charged forward and swung his hammer.

Mikita's lips curled into a smirk. "Is that even a question?" she asked as she dodged the hammer. She saw chunks of the ground go into the air.

"You should call your friends, Mikita," Nipthal chuckled as he took his hammer out of the ground. "Have them help you. Or better yet, call your Captain," he added. His words dripped with condescension.

"He has more important matters to deal with instead of you," Mikta responded. Her stance remained unshaken.

"When he hears your cries, he will come running," Nipthal responded. His smile twisted as his fingers tightened around the controls. He raised the cannon arm. "He killed my Captain, and destroyed my creations," he added as he fired a beam towards Mikita. "Even now you destroy them," he said.

Mikita exhaled, crossing her arms. She dodged the beam. There was an explosion in the background. "Your creations were pathetic like you," she replied. Her words were sharp. "You worked in his shadow, and now you work in Ratchet's shadow," she added.

Nipthal's face twitched, irritation flashing across his features. "Shadow?" he shouted. He pulled a lever, and the mech's right arm lurched forward. "I'm just using him," he added. His laughter was hollow.

"You're not capable of that," Mikita responde as she tilted her head slightly, unimpressed.

Nipthal's expression tightened, a hint of anger flickering in his eyes. "That fool is after world domination. I am too, but I know he is too weak for it," he said. His grip shifted slightly. He moved the cannon arm up. "I need more creations, more robots, better perfect robots. So I have been selling them," he added.

"Selling them?" Mikita questioned as her eyes narrowed.

"Enough talking!" he shouted. Nipthal jerked the controls, his mech's frame shifting forward. "I will have my revenge and fulfill my Captain`s wish," he said.

Mikita thought he was crazy. He was all over the place with his thoughts. However, the selling part was interesting. She would raise it for everyone later.

At that moment six of Nipthal`s men approached him. "Sir, we are here," one of them said.

"Good, capture her so I can go after her Captain," he ordered.

The four men rushed toward Mikita, their grips tight around their shovels. The first attacker lunged forward as he swung his shovel horizontally.

Mikita sidestepped effortlessly, the blade of the shovel whistling past her. Before he could make his next move, Mikita twisted her body, her leg snapping forward in a brutal kick to his back. His spine twisted unnaturally, his body jerking forward, stumbling as he gasped for breath.

The second fighter rushed forward, his shovel arched in a downward strike, aiming for her torso.

Mikita ducked swiftly, avoiding the sharp edge, then drove her fist deep into his stomach. She smiled. His mouth snapped open, spit and blood bursting out, his body jerking violently before slumping backward.

The third attacker, aimed for her head, his shovel slashing downward in a desperate attempt to land a hit. Mikita leaned to the side, the shovel missing by mere inches and then, with no hesitation, she snapped her leg forward, her foot colliding hard with his jaw. Blood sprayed, his head whipping backward, teeth rattling in his mouth before he collapsed hard onto the ground.

The fourth fighter, seeing no option but brute strength, raised his shovel high, swinging it down in a vicious overhead arc. Mikita dropped low and then kicked his leg, throwing off his balance.

He crashed downward, his face colliding with the dirt. Mikita then slammed her foot into his skull, snapping his head back with a sickening force.

The first man, refusing to stay down, dragged himself back up. Mikita turned sharply, her fist swinging forward, slamming directly into his chest. There was a loud crack sound. He staggered, his ribs fracturing under the pressure.Mikita then punched his face. Blood splattered everywhere. His body jerked and he dropped motionless.

"She… she beat them all," one shouted. Nipthal looked in shock.

He lifted his shovel. "Shoot her," Nipthal shouted. Nipthal also aimed his cannon. It started to hum and then it backfired. "What happened?" he asked.

Nipthal men's shovel hummed, a beam of energy gathering at the tip. The beam fired, crackling through the air. It went towards Mikita.

Mikita dodged effortlessly and closed the distance. She grabbed the shovel and turned the weapon at his ally. She then pulled the trigger. A beam fired at him. The energy blast hit him on the chest. He spat blood and collapsed.

Mikita twisted her grip, slamming the shovel's handle into the original shooter's face. His skull snapped back, blood spraying from his nose. His body crashed into the ground, completely motionless.

"You hurt my men," Nipthal shouted as he rushed forward. He pushed the lever and swung his Mech`s mechanical arm holding a large hammer at Mikita.

"Mass Shift," Mikita said as she felt her blood rushing. Her muscles started to swell. Her forearms got bigger and then reduced in size. Her thighs got bigger and shrunk again. She saw the hammer coming towards her. "Poundage Strike," Mikita added as she increased the weight in her fist to an overwhelming 100,000 kilograms. With a powerful swing, Mikita unleashed her attack on the hammer. The sheer force of the strike caused a shockwave to ripple through the air, its impact echoing like a thunderclap. The hammer broke apart from the attack. It crumbled in a million pieces while the mechanical arm had cracked. The wire was exposed. There was oil leaking.

"What," Nipthal said in confusion. She broke it. He looked down onto the panel and saw many warning signs. He thought he was not going to be defeated this easily. He was going to win.

At that moment, Mikita concentrated her weight, her body tensing as she channeled immense force into her leg. Her muscles tightened as she increased the density of her foot to 100,000 kilograms. She swung her leg wide. "Poundage Kick," she said as she hit the Mech in the centre of the chest. The Mechanical Suit's chest buckled, metal crushing inward, the plating caving under the sheer force of the attack.

Nipthal was thrown backward in his mech. There were parts snapping, oil spraying, and exposed wires flickering with unstable sparks. The suit crashed hard, skidding across the ground, smoke billowing from the wreckage.

Nipthal's vision blurred, his head spinning from the impact. He looked up, his eyes locking onto a massive figure above him. He thought BGB. However his vision cleared and it was not BGB.

A large mech loomed over him.

Inside the massive machine, HQ watched the battle unfold. She looked at Nipthal's broken mech. She moved the lever. With a whirring motion, the mech's massive arm extended, its steel fingers gripping the flaming mechanical suit that contained Nipthal.

"No," Nipthal's voice cracked with desperation, his hands clawing at controls. He thought not again.

HQ then hurled the burning wreckage into the sky, the remains of Nipthal's creation twisting violently in the air as he went soaring, spinning uncontrollably, his voice lost in the wind.

HQ smiled, her grip firm on the controls, watching as Nipthal was sent flying by her. She looked down on her stomach and smiled. She then looked up and saw a large robot and moved forward.
