Hinata PoV
I kept rolling in the bed as the weird 'memories' I got during my dream kept popping up in my head.
I knew it was just a dream, or at least, that's what I kept telling myself. But the way it felt—so vivid, so haunting—it was hard to simply dismiss. I took a deep breath, trying to focus on the present, on the comfort of my bed and the soft glow of the sunlight pouring in through the window.
Yet, making them go away was easier said than done. The worst was the touch of cold metal against my skin. Just thinking about it made me almost scream, but I held back. I didn't wanna worry my parents more. Mama was a big worrywart, I didn't wanna stress her out. Especially not with a baby on the way.
I closed my eyes tight, trying to summon the courage to let it go, to find the peace I needed to sleep. But when the door opened, I jumped and rolled out of the bed.
"Hinata, are you okay?" Papa asked.
"Ow," I said, rubbing my head.
