Amden processed all the information he had been told for a few moments.
"Why would two such large families fight over such an insignificant piece of territory?" He questioned.
"You are wrong, Amden," Miss Snowfall sighed. "This planet may be small in size, but the total space inside the sealed space is almost one-third the size of a region which a family controls. Whoever gets it will get a very large portion of territory."
"There is another reason also," she continued. "As soon as the barrier surrounding the sealed space completely erodes, a large amount of spiritual energy will rush inside the space."
"Such a large amount of spiritual energy flowing in such a short span has a very high probability of giving birth to a few natural treasures. This is the reason why we want to control of the territory before the barrier erodes."
"How much time is left for the barrier to erode?" Amden asked.
"According to our calculations, from six months to a year," replied Miss Snowfall.
