Looking at the four Power levels Krillins blood ran cold, not only that androids had infiltrated the tournament but who the androids were!
'Why the hell Is king Piccolo here, his minions were supposed to show up after this tournament is over to steal the dragon ball and how the hell did he get turned into an android!' Krillin felt his fear rising.
Despite being stronger than them, Krillin absolutely hated this trend of stronger and stronger opponents appearing before they should!
Android Demon King Piccolo's powerlevel was higher than Krillins, but Krillins ki was compressed and refined making him much stronger than his powerlevel would imply.
Krillin had actually spent some time looking for Gero, he took the corpse of android 9 to Bulma's father, Dr. Briefs, and had him search it over.
Even after deconstructing the entire thing, Briefs found it impossible to deduce a single clue on where it was created. Coupling that with both his system and the dragon balls be unable to find him, Krillin had been forced to wait for them to make a move.
Turning his back on the four hidden androids, Krillins flashed a faint smirk knowing he had an opportunity to finally find Dr. Gero!

Krillin watched as even the preliminary matches didn't play out like normal. Unlike the original plot where Krillin, Goku, Jackie Chun, Yamcha, Tien and Chiaotzu all made it to the quarter finals, the two weakest were now replaced.
Both Chiaotzu and Yamcha were switched for Androids, nows the list was Krillin, Goku, Jackie Chun, Tien, and Androids 10-13!
After drawing lots, Goku is number 1, Tien is number 2, android 10 is number 3, android 12 is number 4, Jackie Chan (Master Roshi) is number 5, Krillin is number 6, android 11 was number 7, and android 13 was number 8.
"The number plates have been drawn. The quarterfinals will be held tomorrow. Please attend on time. If you are not there within half an hour, you will be disqualified. The rules of the quarterfinals are as follows: 1. Weapons may not be used during the game. If used, it is a violation of the game regulations and you will be disqualified immediately. 2. You may not kill your opponent during the game. If it happens, you will lose the qualification. 3. If you fall out of the court, you will be declared the loser. 4. After the preliminary was over, the gang went to a nice Restaurant where they caught up.

"Yup, me and Krillin trained hard at Kami's lookout!" Goku said while stuffing his face.
"And the reason your so tall is because you spent 2 days inside a magical room that turned those two days into two years!" Bulma said, her voice having a bewildered tone.
She was only 20 and she was taking precautions to remain as youthful as possible just like her mother, she wondered why the heck anyone would willing waste two years of their life just training in some weird dimensions.
Krillin hadn't stopped abusing his magical gourd, he'd had constantly emptied and refilling it! He know had around 40 cups of Paradise herb, this was 80 years of stagnate aging!
Krillin realize that after his Ki was refined and became a higher quality, it took less time for his gourd to refill! Krillin just had little bit of the original Potion left, he had to once again brew another batch but planned on making it much higher quality!
Noticing that the blue haired Launch had only ate a few bites of her food, Krillin looked at her questionably.
"What wrong, don't have an appetite?" Krillin said before quickly eat his food while trying to have some manners, he knew Goku would steal it if given a chance.
"I'm just trying to watch my figure, i noticed I'd gained a few pounds. I wish I could scarf down as much food as you two could without gaining a single pound." Launch said with a bittersweet smile.
"If that's the case..." Lifting his hands up before her, a giant three foot tall ice cream parfait suddenly appeared, startling everyone.
"You can eat that, it's an illusion so while it may taste good, it has no calories in it." Krillin said casually, only for everyone at the table to look shocked.
"This... Is an illusion?..." Bulma said suspiciously poking the ice cream with a spoon.
Krillin just nodded and continued to shovel food down his throat with a knife and fork while Goku just used his bare hands.
Lifting a spoonfull of the ice cream covered in sprinkles to her mouth, launch ate some only for her eyes to open in shock.
"It taste good! Try some Bulma!" Launch offered and Bulma accepted, taking a spoonful of the cold desert she swallowed it and her eyes widened as well.
"Is this really zero calories!?" Bulma said halfway through taking another bite of the giant ice cream, wondering if she was being conned.
"Your basically just eating Ki made to taste like ice cream, it doesn't contain any calories or make you fat. Since you can't sense Ki you wouldn't notice, but right now your body is expelling the extra Ki through your skin." Hearing the confirmation that it wouldn't make her fat, Bulma and launch kept eating into the giant parfait.
"Can you make that sweetbread with cream and strawberries that I get from that famous bakery, ooh and brownies with fudge sauce and perhaps..." Hearing Bulma's list of demand Krillin began to sweat.
Due to them being illusions, Bulma only tasted the food and didn't feel any sensation of being full. She could literally eat an ice cone the size of a house and she wouldn't feel full, just bored from eating the same flavour of food.
"I can only make food items that I've eaten before, I mean i can try to create an illusion based on what you say it taste like but it won't be all that accurate."
"I see... Well the sweetbread has a buttery and honey undertone with hints of vanilla, as for the cream I believe..."
