"Call Krillin, take him to the Spirit Time Chamber and send him back to the era of Olibu. That human is the first hero of earth and his heroic actions have inspired all those who came after him, he should be abke to learn from him." Kami said.
"Understood," Popo immediately understood Kami's intentions.
Olibu was the greatest hero to have existed on earth, it is even implied that Korins tower was built solely to honor his passing! The man was incredibly powerful but the thing was, he couldn't utilize his ki when he was alive!
All of Olibu's heroics was done through his body and swordsmanship alone, it was only in the afterlife that he eventually learned how to utilize his Ki and became more powerful.

Soon, Mr. Popo brought Krillin to one of the many strange rooms that the castle had. It was a pitch black room that had dozens of clocks ranging in sizes everywhere from the floor to even the ceiling.
Krillin was actually having a bit of a struggle walking, the magical shoes that increase his speed were propelled him forward causing him to have to manually stop. Krillin knew this was just because he was inexperienced with them yet, eventually his body will adapt and get use to it.
"This is the pendulum Room, here you can go back to any time period and training with people of the time. Your actions have no affect on the timeline and dying there only brings you back to the present. Kami has decided to send you back in time to meet the first human hero, Olibu, he is unable to use Ki but he is the best physical trainer. You need persuade him to teach you the proper way for humans to grow in strength."
Krillin understood this room, Goku would enter it to learn Ki control from mutaito, Master Roshis sensei! Walking into the center of the room, Krillin turned back to face Popo.
"I'm ready!" Krillins eyes shined with determination.
"Should you wish to come back to the present time just yell to the sky and I'll bring you back, if something should happen to me and I cant let you out, dying will automatically be sent back to the present." Saying this Popo walked over to a golden clock that was in the middle of the room and began fiddling with it for a second and walking out.
As soon as the door closed and left Krillin all alone in the room, all the clocks began running backwards rapidly. Krillin felt that the whole room was spinning and he suddenly felt very dizzy and closed his eyes.
Feeling that the nauseating sensation finally went away, Krillin opened his eyes to see that he stood in the middle of some forest.
He was questioning just where he was when he suddenly heard a boom off in the distance! Figuring this was the person he was looking for, Krillin ran off in the direction of the sound.
After a minute of full sprinting, Krillin came to a dead stop as he saw a large and incredibly muscular blonde man lifted a broadsword way up high in the air and decapitate the head of a large lizard.
Despite Krillin controlling his Ki to be that of a regular human, this muscular man somrhow senser him and immediately turned around yo face Krillin! Feeling his body tingle in fear Krillin was about to run away when suddenly the blonde man flashed over to krillins location in a blinding speed!
"Who are you? Do you work with that bastard Dubara?!" The blonde man yelled in hostility.
"No... My name is krillin" despite being very nervous Krillin kept a calm mind.

Krillin didn't remember the name Olibu but seeing the man in person jogged his mind, Olibu was the blonde martial artist in the afterlife tournament that Goku participated in. He was the third strongest being in the afterlife tournament and the strongest human, Pikkon and Goku being the second and first strongest.
"Krillin? Haven't heard of you but I can feel that your pretty strong, why have you come for me?" Olibu sheathed his sword but didn't take his eyes off of him.
"I actually came here for you, I was wondering if you can teach me how to become physically stronger"
"Sorry kid I ain't taking disciples, I have enough trouble as is preventing these damn devil worshipers from being forth the Demon King!" Olibu turned his back on Krillin and prepared to walk away when Krillin called out to him.
"Wait this isn't a one sided deal, I'll teach you how to draw out that hidden energy that every lifeform possess and use it as a weapon. Like this!" Under Olibu's guarded gaze, Krillin lifted his hand up to the tree and a thin line of Ki former in Krillins hand before he launched it.
Due to his ki training with Annin, Krillins ki control allowed him to change his Ki to any shape and even augments it properties slightly. Instead of blowing up like a regular ki blast would, this strand of ki was sharp and was actually Krillins prototype destructo disc!
The ki passed through tree after tree continuing to slice through the forest until the attack inevitably ran out of energy and faded away.
Olibu wasn't impressed with it, that was until the trees he cleanly sliced began falling over one by one in a straight line for over a hundred feet!
"You...How did you do that! Are you perhaps a magician?!" Olibu was flabbergasted with Krillins desplay of Ki, only attributing it to magic.
"That was a Ki based attack, I can teach it to you only if you teach me how to become stronger" there was a moment of silence as Olibu contemplated the deal before he ultimately agreed.
"In the fight against the cult of Debura, everything helps. I agree to train you if you teach me about this...Ki" shaking Olibu's hand and accepting the deal, Krillin felt guilty.
'From what Popo said and what I remembered, none of this matters. Once I leave the pendulum room this version of Olibu disappears and what I teach him will be forgotten in time...' Despite the guilt, Krillin didn't let it stop him.
"First step of learning to use your ki is to properly feel it in your body, I want you to imagine a small fire burning deep inside your chest. Tense every muscle you have in your body and think of that small fire growing larger and larger until it engulfs your entire body and spreads outwards...." Krillin began teaching Olibu what the system had taught him when he used a ticket on Ki control.
While he knew that what he was doing was useless, Krillin didn't disrespect the earths first hero and earnestly taught him how to use Ki.
It took the blond hero over four days but it eventually happened, raising his hand into the air a tiny and distorted ball of Ki formed in his hand and he threw it at the tree.
This tiny ball curved and twirled the the air slow and lackadaisically before land in the tree, causing no damaged to the back but shaking it enough that a single line cone fell down from a branch.
Wiping the heavy sweat off of his face, Olibu turned to face the bored Krillin with a smile on his face.
"You kept up your end of the bargain so I'll keep up mine, Ill teach you how to properly train your body!"
