In the past, within the Demon King Territory, the intelligence brought back by Senata had once led to a massive rebellion by the Blood Clan. The thirteen clans fled in all directions… some went to other countries, while others established themselves in the Demon Control Area.
However, the Blood Clan Territory still regularly submitted their offerings, so it could only be termed as "moving out to live" or something similar.

Four territories need to be reckoned with—it began with the Demon Control Area at the southern coast of the Demon King Territory, the Half-demon Territory to the north near the empire and Beastman Country, the Witch Demon Territory adjacent to the Demon Control Area, and relatively north, the Blood Clan Territory.
