If Ian's guess is correct, the essence of the World Tree City is a giant airship that stretches for tens of thousands of meters – not just a few thousand meters – its internal space is naturally quite spacious for a warship, but not very large for a city, especially the cross-section of the urban area, which is actually the size of an ordinary small town, much like the Imperial Capital.
However, the urban area is incredibly tall – each layer of the urban area is nearly three thousand meters high.
