Ezra sat in the back seat, legs crossed, his fingers tapping against the leather armrest in a silent rhythm that matched the simmering fury in his veins. Henry sat beside him, his usual stoic expression even more severe today. Robert rode in the front, stiff and anxious, knowing very well the storm they were heading into.
Ezra finally spoke, his voice calm… too calm.
"Show me everything."
Henry unlocked his tablet and turned it toward Ezra. First, the video Layla had retrieved… grainy but clear enough to show the friends of Carly's sneaking something into Scarlett's drink. Another angle showed Carly exchanging glances with the same man earlier that night. Her expression is smug. Manipulative. Guilty.
Ezra didn't blink.
