"There are more black-clad law enforcers in the streets today," Fox speared a piece of egg pancake with a puzzled expression, "This should be breakfast, right? Did you just wake up?"
Clearly, although he couldn't understand exactly what this snack was, he could still tell from the past couple of days' meals that this was not supposed to be lunch.
At the dining table, Lang Tai, Jiang Shu, and Fox were seated in a triangular formation. The afternoon sun poured through the window, bathing everything in the living room in a golden glow.
It was one o'clock in the afternoon now, and Fox, who had gone out for a stroll early in the morning, came back to the base just in time for the breakfast Jiang Shu had just made and naturally sat next to the dining table.
"Eat it or leave it," Jiang Shu retorted, grabbing a big chopstick-full.
Fox stopped talking and earnestly bit into the egg pancake; he really didn't want to eat fish anymore.
