We were walking through the forest in DC and were were all suited up in our uniforms with Cap in his WWII fit and me in my Nexus suit.

I followed the group and we all went with Cap as he gave his speech. I actually had the same question as Sam did.
I think he came up with the powerful speech off the top of his head.
After he gave his speech, I waited outside the room, ready to fly into position.
My job, was to keep the Helicarriers busy focusing on me as Falcon and Cap would go and switch out the server blades.
I would also keep an eye out for when The Winter Soldier would arrive.
I then heard Hill over coms.
{They're initiating launch}
"Guess that's my cue." I said with a grin to Sam and Cap as I flew into the sky above the giant metal doors that were slowly opening up.
"Okay. Maximum Effort." I said aloud as I reached out with my powers and started causing the doors to close back up.
"What the hell is going on?!?" One of the crew of the carriers asked.
"It's one of the Avengers, he's keeping the doors from opening." Another answered.
"I just got word from Pierce, we gotta take him out." One of the supervisors said.
As I was outside It was a lot harder than I expected to keep the doors closed and I suddenly heard explosions as it seemed that the carriers were shooting the bay doors so they could escape.
That was the signal I needed. Once they started shooting the doors, I knew I couldn't risk innocents dying from the falling debris, so I let the doors open and the carriers started to rise.
Once they got high enough, I was centered in between all 3 and they all turned their guns on me.
A magnetic and telekinetic field was surrounding me and all the bullets stopped a couple meters from me before falling into the water below.
At the same time I had to try and keep the carriers from rising any more which took a lot of concentration as I was fighting against their repulsor engines.
Eventually I had to let them rise as I had to deal with some quinjets flying at me and shooting me.
I raised a hand and the jet stopped in the air, I then closed my fist and the jet was slowly crushed into a ball. I then threw the ball of metal at another jet, blowing it up.
The metal debris wasn't able to fall to the water below as it started to separate into smaller pieces and form a globe like shield around my body as I continued to block the the shots from the carriers weapons.
Just then I heard the sound of Falcon's suit as he was heading towards one of the carriers, I couldn't focus on him as I was trying to stop the ships once again.
{Falcon, you're on your own for now, I have to focus on these ships, but if you get a quinjet on your tail, use it to get inside one of the carriers then lead it to me, I'll take care of it.}
As easy as it would've been to just take out the guns, we needed the guns to work so they could be used to destroy each of the carriers.
Due to this I was in a strictly defensive role.
I moved closer to the ships and I could see Cap taking out a bunch of HYDRA soldiers and make it inside the carrier.
After about 6 minutes I heard him over the coms.
{Alpha Lock}
Hill was watching a simulation of the carriers from the control room and could see that one of the carriers was set.
{Falcon what's your status?} Hill asked.
{Had to take a detour} Falcon said as sure enough, a quinjet was chasing him and he was trying to maneuver it like I suggested to getting inside the carrier.
After a few minutes I saw an explosion and heard Falcon cheer at how awesome it was and then he flew inside the carrier.
{I'm in. Bravo Lock} Sam said and about a 30 seconds later gave the confirmation of the switch.
I knew that phase 3 was ready so I kept the shield of metal in the air and teleported out of it and was getting ready to head to the third carrier when I heard an explosion.
I looked down and saw The Winter Soldier shooting at the S.H.I.E.L.D. pilots that were getting ready to help Cap.
I flew down and stopped all the bullets and rockets that were heading towards the pilots.
I turned to them. "Cap needs your help, get these planes in the air." I said and they nodded and began to get into the quinjets.
"Arghhhhh!" Winter Soldier screamed as he ran towards me.
I simply held him with telekinesis.
"Now you just wait... I'm busy." I said as the pilots finally took off.
Once they flew off, I knew they'd get targeted by the carriers as well, so I threw Bucky into the metal wall of the ship and he fell to the floor seemingly knocked out.
I flew back up and began to keep the guns from shooting down the pilots.
I didn't notice it as I was flying away, but at that moment, Bucky's eyes opened.
Bucky had shaken off the pain and quickly went to a quinjet and took off.
I then heard Cap over coms.
{I could use a lift Seth}
{You got it, let me know when you're ready}
I said and I flew over and saw him jump off the second carrier.
{I just did} he said as he fell.
I wrapped him in a forcefield and flew us over to the last carrier where Falcon joined us, trusting the S.H.I.E.L.D. pilots to be able to avoid getting shot down now that they were actually in the air.
Thinking that the Winter Soldier was knocked out, I wasnt expecting him to jump out and push me off the carrier.
"Seth!" Sam shouted as he was getting ready to fly after me.
He was stopped by both Cap and Bucky.
Cao stopped him by reminding him I could fly and Bucky stopped him by shooting at him.
Just then I flew back up and saw Cap and Falcon fighting the Winter Soldier.
"See, now that just wasn't very nice." I joked as I landed on the carrier.
The Winter Soldier immediately attacked me instead of the others and I grabbed his metal arm and used the momentum he had when he jumped at me to flip him and throw him into a stack of equipment.
"You guys install the chip, I'll take care of Robocop." I said quickly.
They both nodded and made their way over only to be stopped by Hill.
{Falcon}
{Yeah?}
{Rumlow's headed for the council}
{I'm on it}
Falcon then flew up and was heading towards the building where the council would be.
As I was fighting, I heard Hill over coms.
{Nexus, Charlie carrier is activating it's targeting system. Their going to fire!}
Hearing her words, I quickly sent a telekinetic blast at The Winter Soldier sending him flying farther on the carrier as I flew out into the air and uses my powers to force the guns to point straight up and held the guns still.
{Crisis averted. It's all up to Cap now} I said.
The events continued just like the movie, with the fight between Cap and Bucky and I couldn't stop Cap from falling as i was still trying to keep he carriers in the air.
Now, i could have stopped the fight between the two with a clone, but it was good for both of them as it would help Bucky to start to come back to his senses. I did grab his shield from the air after it fell though.
There would also be no debris that could hurt Cap after he fell into the water. I was also prepared to save him if Bucky doesn't end up doing it.
The carriers had all been connected and shot each other down, but i was in charge of keeping the carriers from causing property and collateral damage.
I was able to control all the metal debris and had combined it all into relatively large balls of metal that were floating round me.
By the end of it, the three helicarriers were now giant balls of metal that could be melted then repurposed. This ensured that there was no chance of any members of HYDRA were definitely dead as they were squished inside the remains of the carriers if they didn't die by the destruction of the carriers themselves.
This also kept the Triskelion intact as it was destroyed a lot more by the carriers in the original timeline.
Also, as the Triskelion building wasn't destroyed by the falling carrier, Rumlow was taken care of by Falcon who still had his suit and simply flew through the building and kicked him out the building's window, i saw this and increased Rumlow's falling speed and made sure he was a stain on the pavement.
I told Fury and Nat where Cap was so they could pick him up and take him to get medical attention as he was shot a few times and beaten heavily by Bucky.
