Around a month has past since Zero started to learn the art of Ki control. This day however, is very special. "Zero!" Yelled the old man looking for his latest pupil. To his surprise Zero was nowhere to be found, at least not near the island.
The young man was swimming in the ocean towards the southern continent, his body's muscles were more toned from where it was at start of his training. 'I think it's time for me to start doing some training of my own now' once he reached the shore he ran for two hours before reaching the city known as South city. This would be the place Zero would go to test his training.
He had very little money so he bought a large purple bandana for his head, a purple muscle shirt and purple shorts. "Yup, this outfit will go down in history! Now I'm just gonna wait here till there is some kind of trouble, but I need a name for my superhero get up..." Zero sat crisscrossed within an alleyway with his eyes closed and continued trying to train his control. Over the past month his control had grew exponentially, though it wasn't enough to use the attacks that he wanted to learn. Even if he wasn't strong enough to form massive beams or things of the like, Zero had managed to learn the ability to transfer his Ki into objects to strengthen them or even to slightly enhance his physical abilities!
WWWEEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Sirens were sounding throughout the city
Down the street from him a small store was being robbed, there were 3 armed men with masks and one sitting in a car parked outside. "C'mon, put the money in the bag!" Man one shouted to the cashier, the other two were going around stuffing their bags with food and snacks. "We need to hurry up, the cops will be on their way soon-" Man two and three finished stuffing their bags and on their way out tapped the boss's shoulder signaling that they were ready to head out.
With one more shot of his shotgun, man one's bag was full with money and they all ran out the store; however, when they arrived outside they were shocked to see that their truck was ruined! The tires were popped with the driver passed out and a man wearing a strange purple outfit leaned there against the side "What's going on here?" One of the robbers shouted while pointing their gun at the man in purple.
This person was Zero! He smiled through the large bandana which had eye, nose and a mouth hole cut through while the rest of his head was tied up. "What do you think bozo, I'm here to stop your robbery" His training obviously inflated his ego quite a bit, he figured he could easily take on this little band of misfits. This would also be great practice on controlling his new strength on normal people. To no one's surprise though, the men didn't like his attitude nor goal for being here. They all pulled out their weapons and shot at Zero. One shot his shotgun, Two shot his assault rifle, while the third one had a measly pistol. As the bullets all flew through the air they seemed to pass straight through the dashing hero in purple hitting the truck but why?
It's because by the time the bullets arrived at his location, Zero had already moved behind the three men. At this point in time, he had learned and mastered the 'Afterimage Technique'!! Man one was the first to turn around, he swung the shotgun barrel to strike Zero in his face but he just held up his pinky which stopped the gun in its tracks. "You'll have to do better than that!" He was real cocky if it wasn't obvious enough. Grabbing the shotgun he twisted it in a pretzel shape and handed it back to man one while yawning.
"Y-you freak!" Man one fell on his butt and scooted away while the other two panicked and ran in opposite directions, this turn of events caused Zero to sigh as he tied up the first guy then proceeded to run after man two. This was fairly easy for him to do, so within two feet of man two he reached out to grab the robber's shirt collar. Man two ducked causing the hero to trip and falling on the floor skidding a bit. "Ouch.." He stood up and turned to face the criminal when suddenly a storm of bullets raced at him, though he wasn't worried.
In fact, Zero smiled and held out his hand and preceeded to catch almost every bullet like how those old masters did in shows or movies; but, a few managed to get past him and scraping his legs. The man in purple took one of the bullets and flicked it towards man two's hand, knocking the gun out causing him to rub his now red hand. "Alright time to end this" Zero rushed behind the man and choped him in his neck, carried his body back to man one and tied him up as well.
"The other guy ran in that direction, so I have to hurry and hunt him down before anyone gets hurt.." Just as he processed his plan of capture, gunshots went off followed by a bunch of screaming. Zero quickly ran off in that direction to discover that this man was holding a woman hostage in front of two police officers. [Why didn't he just run off? There's no reason for this man to be holding someone hostage, especially when the cops were nowhere around when I left for the last guy]. He thought to himself.
Zero looked around for a solution to this situation until he got an amazing idea! He punched a corner of a nearby building and some rubble fell off, he grabbed a pebble and tossed it a few times while walking back to the stand off between the cops and criminal. "This'll be easy, all I gotta do is..." Zero flicked the rock towards man three and...it went straight through his skull! At the moment that his lifeless body hit the floor the cops all turned towards him, people screaming behind them. The cops held up their guns and spoke into the walkie-talkies located on their vests "We need backup, a man in purple just killed a civilian with a pebble... they are abnormally strong!" During the time the cop spoke he knew he messed up big time, he thought there was just enough force in the throw it to knock the man out not kill him! Zero turn and ran, of course it was bad on his part but he didnt want to fight innocent police officers! During his escape he had to hide in alleyways and under bridges from the countless cop cars and helicopters. Finally it was night time and he made it back to the shoreline and jumped in the ocean. Zero figured that was enough exploring for today so he started swimming back towards the current island he stayed at. "Let's just hope Master Roshi doesn't want the news all that often..."
