The enormous industrial park, with a total investment of 1.68 billion, spans an area of about 55 acres, with a building area of approximately 160,000 square meters and can accommodate 13,000 people working.
At the heart of this industrial park stands a high-rise about 12-stories tall, where the topmost floor houses the core of Chen Group: the Chairman's office level.
