Kofupake shrugged and said, "Maybe I didn't explain it clearly. When I say surface-to-surface missiles, I mean short to medium-range missiles with a range of over five hundred kilometers but less than one thousand kilometers. As for those with a range of over one thousand kilometers but less than five thousand kilometers, those aren't available."
Gao Yang shook his head and said deeply, "No, there aren't short to medium-range surface-to-surface missiles with a range over five hundred kilometers either, as those fall under the destruction requirements of the treaty."
