Kanaq's parents, Akua and Teku, were respected members of the tribe, known for their wisdom and bravery. They taught Kanaq the ways of the forest, showing him how to hunt, gather, and live in harmony with nature.
As Kanaq grew older, he became increasingly fascinated with the legend of the jaguar. He spent hours listening to the elderly shaman, Kanaima, tell stories of the jaguar's power and bravery.
