I was now riding the military car and going to the distress site.
"Alright Noah, you will have to be careful. Everyone are a retiree on your team and Edward who was not left. So, I am only making you do it. Let's say it's a test.",
Thaldrin said with a straight face.
"Alright and Lyra is not going to be there right?", I asked.
"Yeah, your mother didn't wanted me to give you this test but for some time I have seen a mosquito flowing around.",
Thaldrin said indicating an assassin is targeting me.
"No worries, I will make sure to be safe and do the mission.", I said and looked at him with a smile.
"Alright, your mission is to go to that military campsite, kill every bandit and prevent them from taking the weapons and technology. Among, them there is a person who has taming abilities and are using animals as a way to control them.", Thaldrin said.
"Great. Let me see. What I can do?", I said.
Then the car suddenly stopped and Thaldrin threw a bag of objects at me.
"Be safe kid.", Thaldrin said.
"No worries.", I said as I went out off the car and started to go towards the camp.
"I hope you succeed kid.", Thaldrin said as he went away.

"Now I am alone, I need to see what's in the bag", I said as I looked in the bag pack.
It had a flask full of water, a map, a radar device, an instant alert device and a few potions.
"I need to save it.", I said as I kept it in the dimensional necklace.
I kept the map and took out the Magical pistol and kept it in the holster, I took the monocle and wore it and took out Jaguar.
"Let's find this military base.", I said as I started to go around the area.
It was a forest area with full of vegetation and wet branches.
I then took a look at the map and started to walk the maps path.
"Raaaagggghhhhh",
A mutated bear ran at me trying to attack me.
"Annoying", I said in my mind and immediately put Qi in my hand and used

Then three claws made of orange red and injured him in the chest.

"Raaaaagggghhhhhhh", the bear screamed in pain and I immediately used my cane and made a single Icicle Shot and shot the shot at full force and blast his head off.

The bear was dead.
"Ok, I need to keep the corpse and the mana core on the dimensional necklace.", I said as I put the corpse in the necklace.
"I need to go fast.", I said as I used [Steps of wind emperor] and started to run towards the marked place.
I was running towards the place.
After running and hunting mutated monster on a while, I saw the sun goes down.
"Let me take a break.", I said as I used the sword and cut some dry branches to gather some firewood.

After collecting the dry wood and some leaves, I draw the mana from the mana source and made a Fire Ball. I threw it at the wood and the fire lit up.
I then took out the grills and spoons and pull out an instant noodle.
"All right what does it say, put the water up to mark and cook it till 5-10 minutes.", I read it.
I then conjured a Water Ball and filled up the water to the mark and then put it in the fire and waited for 5 to 10 minutes.
"Alright", I then waited for the noodle to cook and then ate it.
"I cannot sleep, I need to meditate.", I said as I started to meditate.

"Aggghhhhh!", I suddenly felt a pain in the 12:00 am, I need to endure it.

My head was now filled with images my visual is just getting worse.

The voices started to say in my mind.

I heard a deranged voice crying in my head.

I started to grind my teeth to make sure lessen my pain.

After enduring it for two hours, I felt the pain lessen and the voice disappear.
"Thank you! Thank you", I said in relief.
And I feel asleep from the exhaustion of this curse.

I slowly opened my eyes and tried to wake up. It was about [8:00 am].
"Fuck, I hate it.", I said as I woke up.
"Let me see how far I have gotten.", I saw as I opened the map and so that it would still take about one and a half day.
"Let's start it early.", I said as I started to run towards the military base.

"Huff! Huff! I am so out of breathe.", I said as I was huffing for air.
It took me about a day to reach the base.
"Tomorrow I will ambush it and kill the bandits.", I said as I sat in a lotus position took out a mana stone and started to cultivate mana in a cave near me to make sure my nody was in top quality.

As he said that, I couldn't control myself but I knew I couldn't be reckless now.
"I need to be in proper shape to kill you all.", I said.
