POV: Bunny
Her phone buzzed.
> đą Aarav: Mom's landing in 40. Please wear something that says 'I love your son but not too much.'
She rolled her eyes, tossed her hoodie, and grabbed the one thing she knew his mom would approve of â a salwar and sass combo.

Airport â Arrival Gate
Aarav stood stiff, hands in pockets, scanning the crowd like a nervous teenager. Bunny arrived behind him and whispered:
> Bunny: "Nervous much, loverboy?"
Aarav: "Just⌠try not to roast me in front of her."
Bunny (grinning): "No promises."
Then came the moment â his mom.
Elegant, sharp, eyes scanning Bunny like a military general disguised in pearls.
> Mom (smiling): "So you're the girl who broke my son's brain."
Bunny (softly): "Nice to meet you, ma'am. I'm Bunny⌠unofficial emotional support unit."
Mom (to Aarav): "She's cute. You're lucky."

Dinner Scene â That Night
They sat at a fancy Korean restaurant. Bunny accidentally mispronounced a dish, and Aarav almost choked from laughter.
> Bunny (mock offended): "You're so lucky I'm acting like I love you."
Aarav (softly): "I am lucky. Even if you weren't acting."
She blinked.
> Bunny (thinking):
Don't look at me like that. Don't smile like this is real.
His mom interrupted with a story from his childhood, and Bunny listened â smiling for real this time.

After Dinner â Elevator (Again)
She stood beside him in the empty lift, heels off, holding them in one hand.
> Aarav: "Thanks for today."
Bunny: "Wasn't hard pretending you're not the worst."
Aarav: "You're too good at this."
Bunny (quiet): "Yeah. That's what scares me."
