Third Person POV
---
"See, it's not so bad," Grey tried to pacify Henry while marching in the halls.
With the way Henry was acting, he knows that his brother was gravely nervous right now. He snaked his arms around his brother's shoulders and glided his palms up and down to comfort him.
Henry scooted closer to Grey and watched as every student they passed by keeps on turning their head in their direction, which caused Henry's face to flush.
People kept whispering to each other, and someone even boldly pointed their fingers to either Henry or Grey.
They entered the teachers' office, which was located on the second floor. The school was too big, and it took them almost 15 minutes to locate it.
"Hello miss, we're here to get our schedules, we're the new students." Grey politely asked the woman in charge, and she responded with a warm welcome.
"Hi, I'm Claire, here it is, this one is for you, and this one…is for your brother." She said softly as she handed them their individual schedules.
Henry unintentionally stared at her for too long, thinking that her voice was so soft, unlike his previous teachers which we're so scary and shrill.
"Hi there, you have very pretty purple eyes," Claire complimented Henry who she noticed was staring at her, and the shy little boy quietly whispered a "Thank you," and shrunk back behind Grey.
She didn't try to converse with the him since she noticed that Henry was probably reserved and not socially engaged with other people. But if you look closely at her, you could tell she was examining Henry, and a smile tugged at her lips as if she just found something interesting.
"Well that's all you need to know, if you have further questions don't hesitate to ask me, okay? Oh! and also, do you guys need a tour? I'm free if you'd like." Grey looked at Henry for a second and told her that they can manage on their own.
They thanked Claire and started reading the schedules on their hands as they left. Their designated buildings were different, since Henry was still on his final year of secondary school, while Grey was already second year in college.
"Bud, you good? My room will be on the other building, but it's just connected anyway, you can go there and see me if you don't feel well. Okay Bud? I'll see you at lunch," Henry just nodded at him thoughtlessly while working out his complicated schedule, not listening to a single word his brother said.
When he looked back up, Grey was no longer by his side.
"Grey?"
Henry looked everywhere but couldn't spot Grey. He walked aimlessly and wanted to cry, feeling lost.
"He left me..."
He was scared of asking someone for help, and so he just tried his best to reach the room that he was supposed to be in right now by himself, hoping that he won't get into any trouble.
"No... this won't do," Henry muttered to himself and shook his head.
He gathered the courage to ask the girl in front of him, who stopped to fix her things. "She seems nice," he thought, and sauntered to her with sweaty hands and was about to touch her, but the girl moved as she was done fixing her things and prepared to leave.
"No! Wait–" Henry grabbed her bag quickly, shocking the girl, "Holy shit!" She cursed as she circled back and looked at the stressed looking boy who was gripping her bag.
"Umm, do you need something?" She asked Henry cautiously, and with a quivering voice, Henry replied, "Ca--can you take me to this room?" Henry showed the girl the paper he was holding and let go of her bag.
"Oh, I see. You're the new student," She said and studied the schedule that Henry gave her.
"Well, you're in luck, we have the same course and the same room. Follow me, but first, I have to go to the restroom, natures call!" She shouted the last two words, as she raised her right fist forward and caught Henry's hand with her left one.
"So how've you been, isn't this school great?" She asked with a blithe tone, and somehow... her presence no longer affects Henry so much. He got comfortable with her easily, which was odd, cause he's never really good with people in general.
"It's fine, I mean–-the people here seems nice." Henry replied with a silvery voice which was very pleasant to listen to.
"Is that so? How old are you exactly? I say you're quite small to be here, but hey... who am I to judge." She questioned him cheekily, and Henry answered, "18".
"Nah, you sure don't look like it. Your face looks like between 15 or 16, and your height, um... no offense. But good for you though, unlike me who has the same age as you but looks old." She puffed her cheeks and Henry let out a small laugh.
They soon reached the restroom within just a few minutes.
"Wait here and I'm very sorry this might take a while, but don't worry, we won't be late." She spoke in a hurried manner and immediately went in the girl's comfort room while Henry stood outside waiting for her to finish.
About 3 minutes after, Henry felt the gush of water in his bladder and decided to take a quick piss. He entered the restroom and went inside a stall to relieve himself.
"I think I just made a new friend!" He thought excitedly.
[Creak!]
Henry suddenly heard one of the doors open, so he swiftly finished peeing and went outside to clean himself. He washed his hands first thoroughly and then took off his glasses to splash a bit of water in his face.
Without notice, he was suddenly jerked forward, and someone gripped his neck tightly, as he felt a hand slowly crawling inside his shirt.
"W-what's happening!?"
