Chapter 21 - Chapter 21: Great White Shark Hunting Guide: Easy as Pie (4/5)

"Shura God, I beg you to teach me how to kill this Great White Shark! There's one circling my raft right now, eyeing me like I'm its next meal."

"My situation's worse—I'm facing a Two-headed Great White Shark! Please, Shura God, share your strategy!"

Luo Feng was momentarily stunned by these responses. He hadn't expected survivors to prioritize hunting methods over trading shark meat.

It seemed many players were currently trapped by Great White Sharks.

After some thought, Luo Feng posted: "Seeing everyone's concern, I won't keep secrets.

Truth is, while the Great White Shark looks intimidating, it's actually weak.

I killed one in just a minute using a spear.

No special technique needed—when it approaches, just stab its head. It's that simple.

Literally child's play."

Luo Feng wasn't exaggerating. The actual kill took mere seconds; the full minute included hauling the carcass aboard.

The survival community was dumbfounded by his post.

"Is this god-tier gameplay? One minute to kill a Great White Shark? And calling it 'child's play'?

I couldn't even butcher a chicken in that time!

Looks at hands Suddenly feel unworthy to share this survival world with Shura God."Please stop teasing us noobs, big boss!" Be more specific—I'm barely hanging on!

My Common-grade Spear bounces right off its skull.

Now the shark's enraged, and my 4x4 Wooden Raft's coming apart!"

"I just crafted a Good-grade Spear, but the shark swam off with it stuck in its hide.

Not even Good-grade can pierce that thick skin.

Dare I ask—what tier is Shura God's spear?

Perfect Grade?

That would explain everything."

Watching his Shock Points skyrocket, Luo Feng grinned.

Responding casually, he typed: "Just got an Epic Quality Spear. Works fine—sharks are just too fragile.

Enough talk. Anyone with Time Accelerators can trade with me.

Back to looting."

The chat channel fell eerily silent after his message.

Then—like a dam breaking—it exploded with frantic replies.

"Big shot, please take me with you! An Epic Quality Spear is something I wouldn't even dare dream about?"

"Brother Shura, I'm so hungry... I want to eat your big banana."

"I seriously suspect Shura must be related to the game developers. It hasn't even been a full day yet—how are the rest of us supposed to compete?

I'm going to die from frustration."

After Luo Feng closed the chat channel, his Shock Points were rapidly increasing. It probably wouldn't be long before he unlocked the maximum 100,000x reward multiplier.

Luo Feng's God-level Billion-Fold Reward System required collecting Shock Points to unlock corresponding multiplier tiers.

However, the unlocked multiplier only represented the highest possible trigger—not a guaranteed amount.

For example, if Luo Feng unlocked the 100,000x reward tier, this didn't mean every reward would be multiplied by 100,000. The actual multiplier would be random—it could be 10x, 100x, or any value up to the maximum unlocked tier.

Each triggered multiplier would deduct the corresponding amount of Shock Points. A 100,000x reward would consume 100,000 Shock Points.

As Luo Feng was contemplating this, his spirits suddenly lifted and his face broke into ecstatic delight—he had spotted the Swimming Bronze Treasure Chest again.

The chest swam past Luo Feng once more.

Seeing this, Luo Feng immediately grabbed his Throwing Hook and hurled it toward the swimming chest.

But this time, his aim wasn't as precise as before.

The swimming chest moved quite swiftly—if it didn't, the Great White Shark would have caught up with it long ago.

After several failed attempts, Luo Feng could only watch helplessly as the chest swam away.

His skills simply weren't up to par yet.

He would need a more advanced Throwing Hook.

Luo Feng wasn't too disheartened though, as he'd already encountered the swimming chest multiple times.

This suggested the chest didn't wander too far away.

Once Luo Feng completed crafting his Legendary Telescope, he could properly track the swimming chest.

Right now, Luo Feng was intensely curious about what might be inside that peculiar chest.

Then he remembered—Tang Xueying had mentioned something unusual happening on her end earlier. He wondered if she'd made any discoveries.

He sent her a message: "How's it going over there? Found anything interesting?"

Meanwhile, Tang Xuewei was testing the water temperature in her Large Wooden Basin with her hand.

If the temperature was right, she planned to take a bath.

On the open sea, her Wooden Raft moved entirely at the mercy of ocean currents.

Currently, her raft was drifting away from the glowing object's direction.

This meant she wouldn't be able to investigate the mysterious glow anytime soon.

Just then, Luo Feng's message arrived.

Tang Xuewei replied: "My raft is moving away from the glowing object. There's no way for me to check what it is right now."

"I plan to take a rest. Maybe after some time, the wind direction will change."

Luo Feng didn't pay much attention to Tang Xueying's words, as this wasn't something that could be controlled by human effort.

For now, everyone's Wooden Raft could only drift along with the waves.
