Chapter 12 - Chapter 12: The Existence of Tinkerbell is Discovered!

'One question, Tinkerbell.' Caleb asked while walking toward school: 'With the loyalty meter at 100, isn't that the same as brainwashing?'

[Well, I won't deny there's a bit of that.] Tinkerbell answered slowly, afraid he might get the wrong idea: [The truth is… Even without a system or a meter, if someone reaches 100 loyalty, it won't ever drop.]

She twirled around him.

[The only real difference is that you know it's at 100, while others don't even imagine. That's why so many partners kill themselves—it's exactly because they're 100% loyal and can't live without that person.]

Stopping in front of him, Tinkerbell concluded by saying: [Now, you've practically become Marin's 'world.' So, you also need to be aware that if you want to win over a girl, you have to take responsibility for her.]

It seemed like a forced explanation, but he could feel she was being sincere. And, let's be honest, what she said is indeed factual.

Although some might disagree, it doesn't change the fact that many give up on their own lives, unable to live without the person they love. Whether it's because they were abandoned or because their partners had an unfortunate accident and passed away.

Now, he truly felt he could trust Marin more than before.

It was the last day of school for the week. Caleb was excited about tomorrow since Yuuki might come to his house.

He was already imagining what they would do. While walking to the classroom, Caleb heard someone calling him.

"Caleb!"

Caleb turned and saw Yuuki.

"Uhmm, we're going to your house tomorrow, okay?" Yuuki was holding her arms, looking uncomfortable.

"Are you going swimming? That's fine." Caleb replied with a cheerful smile.

"With my older sister." What Yuuki didn't tell Caleb was that she had forced her older sister to come along because she didn't want Caleb to know how much she wanted to go.

"Don't worry. My cousin will be there too." Caleb said, wanting to put her at ease.

"Thanks. See you tomorrow, then." After saying that, Yuuki ran off, so Caleb didn't get to see her face overflowing with joy.

After watching her enter the classroom, Caleb walked slowly to his own, smiling unconsciously along the way.

His classmates stopped what they were doing when they saw Caleb enter their room. This had become a regular occurrence since his appearance changed abruptly overnight.

His classmates gossiped while watching him. Some of the girls even had heart-shaped eyes, following him with their gazes.

Caleb's status at school had shifted from a loser to a charming prince desired by many girls. His aloof attitude, combined with his perfect face, made all the girls swoon, wishing to have him for themselves.

Caleb, as always, didn't care about what was happening around him, heading straight to his seat.

After arriving home, Caleb changed.

Later, in the living room, while Caleb was watching with Marin, he called out to Tinkerbell in his mind.

When Tinkerbell appeared, Marin's eyes widened. She pointed shakily at the tiny flying fairy and said, "W-What is that!?"

"Is it a fairy? Am I seeing things? Is it some kind of monster?" She rubbed her own eyes, incredulous.

[I'm a fairy who helps Caleb. My name is Tinkerbell. I'm not a monster!] Tinkerbell looked cute, hiding in Caleb's hair while introducing herself. She pouted as she emphasized that she wasn't a monster.

'How is she able to see you?' Caleb asked Tinkerbell mentally.

Whispering in his ear, she said: [I have no idea… But, wait! It must be because she reached 100 loyalty. Yes, that must be it!]

"What are you two whispering about over there?" Marin pouted, but her eyes kept sparkling as she looked at Tinkerbell.

Obviously, as a hardcore fan of anime and such, seeing a fairy was something she never dreamed would be possible.

"To sum things up," Caleb said to her: "Tinkerbell is a fairy who helped me. It's thanks to her that I've changed so much."

"I knew it!" Marin's eyes shone like stars as she said: "She's like the fairy godmother from fairy tales, right? That's hilarious! To think that my man… cough, my cousin would have a fairy helping him…"

After finishing, she started daydreaming as her mind wandered.

It was clear she must be having all sorts of wild thoughts, creating her own storyline about Caleb's connection with Tinkerbell.

On the other hand, Caleb's words touched Tinkerbell, making her blush. She felt something sweet inside her that she couldn't explain.

Marin recovered seconds later and asked: "Does she have any powers? Can she make magic dust? Can I fly?"

"Calm down first, Marin," Caleb sighed.

"How can I calm down? It's a fairy, a real fairy, for real!" Marin was ecstatic.

Marin's adoring and curious gaze even scared Tinkerbell, who hid behind Caleb's head.

"See, you scared her," Caleb gently scolded her.

Pouting, Marin still tried to calm down, placing a hand on her chest, breathing and sighing deeply.

"Okay, calm down, I need to calm down…" She let out a very long sigh.

After several minutes, Marin finally calmed down, and Caleb answered several of her questions.

For example, when she asked if he had powers, he said yes.

Of course, what sparked her interest the most was when he mentioned the health potion.

"So it was thanks to that health potion that you underwent such a transformation?" she asked eagerly.

"Yes, and even though you could use it too," Caleb warned: "The pain is inhumane, but I must say it's worth it. You saw my performance yourself, right~" He winked at her, making her blush furiously.

Hitting him with her fists several times, she hid her face in his chest.

'Seriously, why did he have to bring that up right now?' Marin felt her face was so hot it could fry an egg.

"I want it!" she said suddenly, pulling away.

She felt a longing for something so magical. Especially as a woman, knowing it could improve her appearance. Just looking at Caleb and seeing how his skin was even better than hers was proof enough.

"I'll give it to you later," Caleb said: "I can't produce it now."

It wasn't exactly a lie; he wanted to save points. Even if it was 200 points, it was better for her to wait a bit longer.

"Alright~" She didn't mind. As long as she could get it, she didn't care if it was now or later.

Somehow, this entire conversation left Marin very excited.

She felt herself burning up at that moment.

Marin stood up, looking at him seductively while swaying her hips, walking slowly toward him. Caleb's cock immediately stiffened as both their breathing quickened.

Caleb watched his cousin walk slowly toward him. His erection was already aching inside his pants. He didn't know what would happen or what she would do.

Caleb just sat there, continuing to observe her sensual body in front of him. As soon as she reached him, Caleb's eyes widened, not expecting her to kneel between his legs.

Tinkerbell was left speechless while being ignored. She didn't know what to do. She wanted to hide in the system, but for some reason, she also wanted to watch them.

Conflicting thoughts flooded her mind. In the end, she decided to watch them, as no harm would come of it, and they were the ones ignoring her.
