Ding Xian returned to the room to rest because she was already feeling weak and dizzy her body had not fully recovered. She laid on the bed and drifted into sleep immediately. Ding Xi'an opened her eyes gradually to find herself at the top of a very high building. She was tied up to a chair and was placed at the edge where she could easily fall if she made any slight movement. Don't Xian shivered in fear, she was scared of falling, she didn't want to die. That's rolled down her eyes as she glanced down. She shut her eyes immediately she looked down whoever that did this to her seemed to know that she had a great phobia for height.
"W-what do you want?" Ding Xi'an asked with a trembling voice the person behind her.
"Your death...all I want is for you to die" a cold voice said from behind sending cold shivers down her spine. She trembled greatly aware that this person was not ready to spare her life at all. She cried muttering words to herself, was she really going to die like this?
Just then a hand came from behind and pushed her down
"Haaa" Ding Xian yelled as she woke up, it was really just a dream but she wasn't going to call it a dream. This was what she faced in her past life in the hands of people she had fully trusted. Ding Xian eyes caught something on her wrist , it was a blue bracelet with shiny beads embroided on it. She was just noticing it since she woke up. She was still trying to figure out what the bracelet was , because she never had this when the door opened and a woman in her sixties walked in with a warm smile. Ding Xian stared at the woman who was walking towards her blankly
"Are you.."Ding Xian had not finished when the woman replied her" Yes.. I'm the one who brought you here" . Seeing that Ding Xian didn't say anything else the woman sat on the bed close to Ding Xian and took her hands. "I'm glad to see that you're awake I wouldn't be lying when I say that I was really worried" the woman smiled" I'm Xiaofeng by the way" Xiaofeng said and released Ding Xi'an's hand.
"How were you able to heal me of all my injuries without any scar left and my leg that was broken how did you fix them back" Ding Xi'an finally asked curious to know the woman's reply but the woman was only confused by Ding Xian's questions
"I don't understand what you're saying?" The woman replied"when I found you there wasn't any injury on your body. You seemed okay but unconscious" Xiaofeng explained.
Ding Xi'an stared at her surprised. So if it wasn't Xiaofeng that did all this, who did? Ding Xi'an asked herself.
"But there's something you should know" Xiaofeng spoke up bringing Ding Xian out of her thoughts
