Mitsuri Kanroji is known as Love Pillar of Demon Slayer Corp. She has a special muscular composition, her muscles are eight times denser than other people granting her supernatural strength.
If Liu Mengmeng want to recruit her then best time period should just before she joined Demon Slayer Corp. That is when she dyed her hair and behaved different from her usual self in an attempt to get married.
