Chapter 11: Guía Real for real??
[Daniel's POV]
I don't understand Daniella's obsession with Zory—or Zory's obsession with me, for that matter. I'm just a chill guy.
Our parents are off in France now, and Grandma's too busy with her "bestie" to give us the time of day. I don't mind, though. She seemed... complete. Just like I will be. Soon.
School's back in session after the special break that came with our very own royal Quinceañera. And today—I'll see her. Ana. The one who stole my heart.
We haven't spoken much since the one-week break. I've been too busy being Daniella and... just being a prince, I guess. She didn't even come to my party and hasn't replied to any of my texts. But I'm not surprised. She only owns a phone because she has to. She hates social media, hates crowds, hates the public. She just has this general apathy towards everything.
She hates everything… except me.
We're not the loud couple. We give each other space, like two nonchalant people in love. We don't shove it in people's faces—except on rare occasions. But the whole school already knows we're dating. Her dad's the Prime Minister, so of course people were shipping us before we even became a thing. She used to be best friends with Daniella, but something happened—something I don't know about. They're not as close anymore.
Well. That's that.
Anyways...
"Guía Real"—get ready for me!

[Danielle's POV]
Calm down, Elle. Breathe, Danielle. Relax, Dani. Stay calm, Dan.
I kept whispering to myself as I inhaled and exhaled like someone learning how to breathe for the first time.
School was starting again. And just the thought of it sent my anxiety spiraling. I've known most of these people all my life. I've gotten so used to their faces, their voices, their judgment—it almost feels like I don't have anxiety at all when I'm actually in school. But the anticipation? The lead-up? That always breaks me.
And this time, Zory is joining us.
I couldn't stop overthinking. What if we end up in the same class? What if we share too many classes? What if she sits near me, walks near me, looks at me? The odds are stacked against me, and I know it.
I've had to see Ana every day of my life—with Daniel. I managed to deal with that. I survived. If I have to, I'll survive this too.
With that being said...
"Guía Real," here I come.

[Zory's POV]
Quick recap.
I was throwing out trash when I met a princess. Grandma dragged me to a party. Turns out I'm a royal orphan now. Abuela and the Queen Mother are frolicking through memory lane, King and Queen are off to France, the royal twins are way more alike than I expected, Daniella isn't so bad after all, and—I'm living in luxury.
And in case you missed it, I'm enjoying every bit of it.
Important note though: it's back-to-school time.
How do you "go back" to a place you've never even been?
When they told me I'd be enrolling at "Guía Real," I think I said something like, "for real??"—way too informal, even for me. But I couldn't help it.
I never thought a place like that would even let someone like me near the gate.
I'm so happy. Like, giddy happy. This is a major upgrade from that dumpster fire of a private school I was stuck in. Not gonna lie, I didn't have friends, so nothing's holding me back. "Guía Real" is where elites go. Where nobles are shaped. A school I've only dreamed about—imagined, fantasized. King Alonso studied there.
This is a dream.
Grandma made a really good friend all those years ago.
So since I'm very much prepared…
"Guía Real: Special Delivery."

[Narrator's POV]
The palace hallways sat in near silence, echoing soft footsteps and quiet elegance. Morning sunlight filtered through floor-to-ceiling stained glass, casting dreamy colors across marble floors. The grand staircase stood like a gateway to two very different worlds: private chaos and public poise.
Inside the east wing, the children were already dressed—thanks to their niñera, who had somehow managed to wrangle royal teenagers into uniform perfection without breaking a sweat. Their royal insignias shimmered in silver and gold threads, coats ironed crisp, hair in place, shoes shining like polished obsidian.
Downstairs, the royal limousine waited with its sleek black gloss and royal crest stamped in deep gold on its side. A driver in spotless uniform stood ready, the back door already open.
As the trio approached, heels clicked against stone floors. The royal guards held the front doors open as they stepped into sunlight.
The drive from the palace was smooth—fast lanes cleared by protocol, escorts flanking them with precision. Trees blurred past tinted windows, and the skyline slowly gave way to the grand gates of "Instituto Guía Real."
The car slowed. And stopped.
The name glowed above the high walls in elegant gold lettering, woven into wrought iron like art:
INSTITUTO GUIA REAL
Where Future Royalty Reside.
From afar, the school looked like a blend of a museum, a fortress, and a storybook—marble towers, ivy-covered balconies, stone lions perched on either side of the entrance.
Zory leaned forward and narrowed her eyes at it.
It was her first time seeing something this extravagant. And it hit like a wave—the weight of the place, the privilege, the power. She took it all in, her breath catching slightly in her throat.
After what felt like the last breath of beautiful, oxygen-rich awe in the school exterior… the car doors opened.
The three stepped out in sync—Daniel, Danielle, and Zory—aligned like some royal PR photo, walking side by side.
"It is time," they all said together, voices syncing in eerie harmony.
As if they were all born twins; well two are.
