My name is Charlotte, I grew up in a wealthy family in Bangkok.
I never really missed anything but as time passed I always felt as if a part of me wasn't complete.
I tried my best to fill this undescriptable void in me, I traveled, learned piano, and finally made my way to the modelling world.
Even through I managed to reach a high point I still felt as if I haven't reached what I was seeking deep down inside me.
Everything was perfect, Thailand warm weather, my career, money, my family..
Everything was perfect or so I though.
One night, my father came back home later than usual.
Acting frenetic, rumbling through the all house.
I could'nt hear what my mom was telling him, but I felt it there.
I was sure that my perfect world was about to shatter in pieces.
My mom seeing me standing at the top of the staircase rushed me to get back in my bedroom with a quick hand gesture, behind her I could see my father stuffing a small bag with different papers.
Maybe because I wasn't moving fast enough my mom was already facing me, urging me by pushing my back gently to get back in bed and to not mind my dad.
Charlotte's mom:
-Don't mind your father, he has some urgents business to matter in England right now.
He won't come back for some time, just get back to sleep.
After finishing her sentence my mother quickly closed my bedrooom door behind me.
I could still hear her going downstairs talking with my father without really diciphering the actual conversation they were having.
But soon enough I just heard the main door clack.
This was the last time I saw my father, and without really comprehending what was happening the truth of his dissapearing soon knock on our door.
