"Quite the spectacular performance hero."
"Really couldn't have gotten out of that one without you."
The members of the team sat in one of the many seats in the reception area of the guild as they praised Kishio, while waiting for Kizo to exchange their spoils from the successful dungeon raid.
A short while later Kizo approached with a small pouch in hand, he stopped in front of the team looking at each member for reasons unknown to them, but he had a slight smile on his face.
Kizo turned to look at Yash who had seemingly isolated himself from the others and not spoken a word since, "I believe you have something to say," Kizo said, his tone not asking but as if nudging Yash to take a step.
A brief silence enveloped the area before Yash stood up, the eyes of everyone on him, he turned to Kishio and bowed a bit as he voiced an apology "I'm sorry…for doubting and challenging you back then. And I'm grateful that you saved our lives, I wish you can continue to raid dungeons with the team," his tone filled with utmost modesty and a sense of respect.
Kishio smiled a bit, although it appeared a bit darkly "You may rise," he said his tone filled with a natural sense of dominance.
He was starting to like the team, after all he couldn't go up against the lifeless clan alone and also couldn't start raiding dungeons alone for now, he wanted to build a strong connection with a set of loyal people.
Yash stood properly, a grateful but wry smile plastered across his face, all eyes turned to Kishio seemingly awaiting his answer if he was going to continue raids with them.
Kizo, noticing Kishio wasn't going to reply, took over "We should all probably get some rest. Here are the spoils of today's dungeon raid," he announced before throwing a small brown pouch to each member of the team.
"Nineteen thousand five hundred gold coins. Three thousand five hundred for us and to our newest member, the rest," Kizo explained the distribution of the spoils, gazing at each of their members, by the looks on their faces it seemed none of them opposed the distribution of the spoils.
"Okay guys, nice work once again. Keep working on yourselves, keep in touch, I'll contact you for any upcoming raids, good day" Kizo offered a few words of encouragement before addressing his team, he waved goodbye to the team then proceeded to walk away, Yash following behind him almost immediately.
"I have somewhere important to be," Lisse suddenly excused herself, her tone sounding hushed as she tried avoiding eye contact with Kishio before she stood up and walked away.
Kishio and Sasha remained seated on the long couch before Sasha spoke up "Can I walk you home?" Sasha asked, causing Kishio to turn his head in her direction, his facial features unreadable.
"No–I mean yes, I mean—not like that…" she stammered a bit before saying calming in a low tone "I just figured you might not be fully healed yet, so I just want to make sure you're safe,"
"For someone that stays with the backline those are some strong words…" Kishio muttered expressionlessly, his words almost as if mocking her strength, his tone and looks gave her a terrible feeling, but his next words immediately lightened up her mood "...but. Sure" Kishio said after a short 'dramatic pause' with a small smile which had next to no difference from his initial look.
They both stood up to leave, but before they could take a few steps, a feminine voice called out to Kishio.
"Kishio" Kishio and Sasha turned around to have a look at the person who had called out.
A distance away, a young woman dressed in a short green gown with sleeves made of a green net-like material, the same material covered her legs preventing the outfit from being too revealing.
Her eyes were a light shade of brown and she possessed long blonde hair that fell down to her back, a light-skinned beauty that could make many girls jealous. It was…
"Soma," Kishio muttered underneath his breath with a hint of confusion and surprise on his face. He wondered why she would approach him, he remembered her, although they exchanged no words the last time they met, she was Lola's twin sister.
"It's the guildmaster," Sasha mumbled, before immediately bowing her head to show some respect.
"Come with me," Soma said, her tone a bit commanding the moment she stopped in front of Kishio, paying no heed to Sasha who still had her head bowed.
Kishio opened his mouth to reject, he didn't like the commanding tone or anything about how the meeting was taking place, but Sasha spoke up before him.
"Excuse me. Kishio, I just remembered I have some important work to do back at home," Sasha brought up a hurried obvious excuse, before standing upright and walking away.
Kishio wanted to call her back, but he knew she had her reasons, he turned to look at Soma 'What does she want?' He questioned himself internally.
He opened his mouth to ask her reason for meeting him, but once again he was beaten to a race of the tongue "Come with me" Soma said again, this time she turned around and began to walk in a particular direction.
Kishio frowned slightly. Still, seeing no harm in it though, he trailed behind her while pondering why she had come to find him 'Guild master huh,'.

Two figures could be seen standing on the top of a building, a metal net surrounded the entire roof top, some areas on the rooftop seemed to have been designed like a ring for sparring.
Soma walked a few meters to the edge of the building, she held a tablet in her hands, "Kishio…what's your last name again?" Soma asked, tapping away on the tablet in her hands.
"Ak…" Kishio opened his mouth to speak, but he suddenly froze. In his past life, he was 'Kishio Akatski' but this wasn't his past life anymore, he was no longer an 'Akatski' here. He had no family with him, just himself and his parasite. "Uragami. Kishio Uragami," Kishio responded to Soma's question after a brief moment of self-reflection. Uragami being the only one he could call a part of him, he decided to give himself Uragami's name as his last name.
He had spent a brief moment in thought, but it was enough for Soma to catch on that he was hiding something.
After a while Soma stopped tapping away on her tablet, she turned around to face Kishio before speaking "Let these words of advice stick with you, whatever you are trying to do, dreams…wish to be a hero to a dying guild. Stop it, you have no idea what you're stepping into. If it's a dream to save a dying guild. Give it up. The guild's already a corpse and you just want to walk into its grave." Soma's voice turned solemn as her expression became more serious.
"Don't get yourself involved in our matter. If you are looking for an adventure, trust me this guild isn't the right place to search for it. And if your actions are just to impress Lola." Soma spoke before pausing abruptly.
"If I could strip you from being a part of this guild I'll do so without a second thought, but you'll have to commit a certain amount of deeds before I can. I don't want you giving Lola false hope. The lifeless clan isn't one you can go up against, it's best you back out now before you'll have something you can't deal with on your hands" Soma spoke with a heavy heart before immediately turning around to leave.
