I cautiously followed Damien, Magnus, and Xavier back to the main packhouse. Members of the pack went about their daily routines, some in human form, others in their wolf forms.
Damien carefully led me into the foyer, where a large map of the territory was pinned to the wall.
"This is the heart of our territory," he said firmly. "It's important for you to understand the layout. We have various sections. The training grounds, the communal areas, and the private quarters."
I studied the map. "What's the purpose of the different sections?"
Magnus stepped up beside me. "The training grounds are for physical conditioning and combat practice," he said patiently. "The communal areas are where we gather for meetings, meals, and socializing. Private quarters are for personal space."
Xavier added, "And you'll need to be familiar with all of them. As Luna, you'll be expected to attend meetings, oversee activities, and sometimes mediate conflicts."
I nodded hesitantly, absorbing the information as much as I could. "And what about the pack members?" I asked. "How do I get to know them?"
Damien placed a reassuring hand on my shoulder. "You'll have time. For now, it's important that you get acquainted with the pack house. Soon we'll introduce you to key members, and they'll help you adjust."
We moved through the house, and they showed me the kitchen, the dining area, and the library. After the tour, we made our way to the training grounds.
The open area was surrounded by forest and equipped with various training apparatuses. I silently watched as pack members engaged in drills, sparring with each other and practicing their skills.
"This is where you'll spend a lot of your time," Damien said, his gaze sweeping over the area. "Training is essential for both physical fitness and mastering your new abilities."
"And you'll be teaching me all of this?" I asked.
Magnus nodded. "We'll start with the basics and build from there. You'll learn everything from combat techniques to how to control your wolf form."
Xavier added softly, "And don't worry if it seems overwhelming at first. We'll go at your pace."
We continued to walk, Damien pointing out key members who would be involved in my training. Each person was introduced with a brief description of their role in the pack.
Damien took me aside after. "There's one more thing we need to discuss," he said firmly. "The upcoming full moon. It's a significant time for all werewolves, especially for you as you begin your transformation."
My heart skipped a beat. "The full moon? What happens then?"
"Your transformation will be more pronounced. It's when your wolf instincts will fully awaken. It's essential that you are prepared both mentally and physically."
"But what if I'm not ready yet?" I asked.
Damien's expression softened. "It's normal to be scared. The full moon will test you, sure. But if you overcome it, you'll come out stronger."
I took a deep breath, trying to steady my racing thoughts. "Alright..."
The next day, the sun was just beginning to rise as I prepared for my very first training session. Damien, as the Alpha, took charge. "Let's start with the basics," he began. "We'll focus on physical conditioning and basic combat skills."
I nodded enthusiastically. "I'm ready!"
Damien soon led me through a series of warm-up exercises. His movements were precise. I pushed myself to keep up, matching his pace as best as I could.
"Come on!" Xavier called out, grinning as he demonstrated a series of agility drills. "Just think of it like a dance."
I couldn't help but smile. "A dance, huh? I didn't realize I was joining a dance troupe."
"Exactly!" Xavier laughed. "Just more sweat."
As we moved through the drills, Xavier challenged me to races and quick sprints. "If you can catch me, I'll buy you dinner!"
Magnus meanwhile watched me closely. During brief breaks, he would approach with a gentle smile, offering water. "You're doing great, Little Wolf," he said softly. "Just remember to breathe and pace yourself."
"Thanks, Magnus. It means a lot."
I soon practiced striking and blocking moves.
"Good," Damien said. "You're picking this up quickly."
I wiped sweat from my brow, breathing heavily. "I'm trying my best."
"And you're doing better than most of our recruits on their first day." Xavier winked.
After the training, Damien gathered everyone. "You did well today, Andra. We'll continue to build on this foundation in the coming weeks."
Xavier clapped his hands together. "And remember, you're not just training to become a great Luna. You're also getting ready for some fun nights under the full moon!"
Magnus took my hand and gave it a reassuring squeeze. "We believe in you."
I looked at each of them. "Thank you all," I said gently. "For everything..."
As I finally settled into the plush armchair by the window, I looked up to find Damien, Xavier, and Magnus gathered around me.
Damien approached first. "You've worked hard today," he said. "You deserve to relax."
He guided me gently from the chair. As he led me to the bed, he began to remove my training clothes. The fabric fell away, revealing my flushed skin, and Damien's eyes lingered on me.
Xavier, watching with a playful smirk, stepped closer and began to softly caress my shoulders.
"Now it's time to enjoy a different kind of workout." His hands slid down my back, tracing soothing patterns that made me shiver. He leaned in and pressed soft kisses along my neck.
Magnus approached with a gentle smile, his hands cradling my face.
"Let us take care of you," he said softly.
Magnus's lips met mine in a slow, passionate kiss. His hands moved to my waist as he deepened the kiss. I felt a surge of desire building within me.
They guided me onto the bed, Damien's lips trailing down my length. The room was filled with soft moans and whispers as the three men took turns attending to me. Xavier's playful touches and Magnus's tender caresses left me breathless.
Eventually, the room was quiet except for the soft sounds of our breathing. I lay between Damien, Xavier, and Magnus.
As I drifted off to sleep, nestled between my mates, I felt a sense of peace. For the first time, I was surrounded by those who truly cared for me.
