Kiana Kaslana (Herrscher of Knowledge) gritted her teeth the moment she heard Otto's words. "I really want to tear you to pieces!" "What an absolutely infuriating guy!!" Her expression twisted into a rage-filled grimace. The memories she had made her want to shred him apart.
Otto raised an eyebrow. Tear him to pieces? He looked at the Herrscher of Knowledge, then at Fu Hua. Slowly, he pieced it together. This girl has Fu Hua's memories, doesn't she? Ah, so that's how it is! I see now! In that case, there was nothing more to say.
"Well then, I sincerely apologize." What's the harm in apologizing? So, Otto offered an apology first.
Kiana scoffed coldly at that. "Have you finished your arrangements?" Takumi interrupted them at that moment. Now wasn't the time for banter. Let's get to business. He still had things to handle later.
Otto nodded. "Everything is already arranged." "The Divine Keys you requested and Kallen's body have all been delivered." "They should arrive shortly."
To see Kallen again, he even had Amber use the Second Divine Key to speed things up. So yes, they would arrive soon.
Takumi nodded back. "Then there's no problem." "I assume World Serpent is watching us too, right?" As he said this, Takumi looked toward a surveillance camera nearby.
Otto looked surprised at first, but then relaxed. Given everything that had happened, it'd be weirder if they weren't watching.
"Gray Serpent, come on over." "I'll be heading to the Elysian Realm soon." "Fu Hua's memories have all returned." "I can even retrieve your revered lord while I'm at it."
Takumi spoke directly to the camera, unconcerned. In a faraway place, monitoring everything, Gray Serpent heard Takumi's words and sank into thought.
In the end, he made his decision. He didn't know Takumi's motives, but he had clearly learned a lot. And Fu Hua's memories were completely restored. Then he would go. After all, Takumi did say he'd bring their master back. Might as well go see for himself.
He began giving orders immediately. "A visitor from another world, huh..." Gray Serpent muttered to himself. No matter what, he had to meet him first.
After the conversation with the camera ended, Takumi blocked all cameras in St. Freya Academy.
"Honestly, your St. Freya is full of holes." "Even if there's intel to transmit, the receiver's probably the last one to know." Takumi didn't even know how to mock it properly anymore. St. Freya had no real secrets.
Theresa had no way to refute him—she felt hopeless herself.
With that matter handled, Takumi casually chatted with Otto. Not long after, a ripple distorted the sky. A massive locomotive appeared above.
It was the Second Divine Key—Helios: Chariot of a Thousand Realms.
"Mr. Takumi, please~!" "Everything you requested is here."
Takumi nodded and stepped forward. The others, curious, followed closely behind.
Helios stopped. Amber disembarked with several boxes in hand. Behind her, someone carried a crystal coffin. Inside, a woman lay in silence. It was Kallen.
"Lord Otto!" Amber handed the items over. Otto turned to Takumi and opened a box. He took out a golden cube.
"This is the Imaginary Archive." "And here, the Second Divine Key."
"Durandal, hand over Abyss Flower." "Theresa, give Mr. Takumi the Key of Restraint as well." "The remaining keys, Judgment of Shamash and Whisper of the Past, are not with me."
Otto gave everything he had to Takumi. These were all the Divine Keys in his possession.
The Genesis Key was in Durandal's hands. She silently handed over her lance.
Seeing that, Takumi spoke up. "I just need to make a copy." "You should keep the original."
"As for the rest, I'll be taking them." Takumi only needed to duplicate Abyss Flower. He wouldn't take the original. The rest? Copy whatever he could. If it couldn't be copied—oh well.
Same with Theresa's Judas. Let her carry it. Takumi would just make a duplicate.
"Copying them, huh?" "Using the Herrscher of Reason's ability?" "Mr. Takumi can already replicate them completely?" Otto was amazed.
Just copy one and be done with it? He didn't even need the original? Did this mean Takumi's copies were virtually identical to the real thing?
"Exactly." "Even if they lack cores, I can just slot one in." "I can copy these things whenever I want." Takumi shrugged.
With the Divine Keys in hand and Otto's knowledge, Takumi could now even create pseudo-Herrscher cores. Slotting them into his copies was no issue.
Otto nodded in understanding. He said no more. He'd handed over what he had. What Takumi did next was his own business.
Takumi stowed the Imaginary Archive and Chariot of a Thousand Realms. Then, he began duplicating the Genesis and Restraint Keys.
"I have one too. Want to copy it?" As Takumi was working, Bronya approached. She held the ninth Divine Key—Star of Eden.
A device capable of manipulating gravity and creating black holes. It had been entrusted to her by Welt Yang.
Hearing her offer, Takumi nodded. "Of course. Thanks, Bronya!" He wasn't shy about it. He duplicated it immediately.
"Copy the Key of Corruption as well." Raiden Mei also spoke up. She currently wielded that key. Takumi had helped her a lot—it was only right to return the favor.
"Even if you didn't say it, I'd ask!" "And that Fourth Key in the sky—I'll copy that too." "Oh, and the Blank Key on the Hyperion—I want that one!" "And Raven's Seven Thunders of Retribution!"
Takumi declared: he wanted them all!
He wouldn't be satisfied otherwise. He planned to copy every Divine Key. He wouldn't miss a single one.
Whisper of the Past was already here. Only Judgment of Shamash remained. This haul had been tremendous. Takumi was quite pleased after finishing the copies.
"Now, let's get to our transaction." Takumi turned to look at Kallen's crystal coffin.
Otto's excitement surged. "I can hardly wait." "Mr. Takumi, I leave it to you." Otto was more thrilled than ever. His dream—finally within reach.
