Hi, my name is Felicia Carmel, I am a teacher but now fired I live with my junior sister and little female cousin which I take care of and I can't explain why. I don't have a teacher license, but the school just employed me because of pity and right now I have been fired as I stated earlier, still not gonna talk about that.
Last night I came home and both of my sister's (my biological sister and cousin sister) were asleep, so I took out my laptop, the one I was gifted some years back, and started searching online for a new job, finally i found one a hair salon, " not bad" I said. So the next day, which happens to be Monday, I got dressed and went to the hair salon. "Hi, I'm here to apply for a job" I said to an old woman," As a hair stylist or another?" She asked, I didn't know what she meant by ANOTHER, but I chose it "Another" I said "Come in" she said and smiled, she took me to the basement and I saw a stairs leading downwards so I went in and to my surprise, there were humans, sorry there were so many people. "Hello,..Hi" I said to people but I got no reply from any of these people, they were just busy with work. " Hello" I heard someone say behind me, then I turned, looking straight to a tall physiqued man, putting on an expensive suit with a tag I saw on it "$500000" ""he is freaking rich"" I said in my mind, "Hey hello" I replied to him.
"I'm Mr Pi, I see you are interested in this job, right?" he asked "yeah" I muttered, "uhm.. did u say something?" he asked"Oh sorry, I mean Yeah I am interested" I said" Well my name is Felicia Carmel" I added "Okay, I have a report for you to fill after filling, check the list at the back of the report, chose the one that is suitable for you, then bring it to my office, I'll pay you" he said and gave me a black file then left. Then I chose the shrunken Ship in a bottle Under the Subway,"I wonder how much he would pay me for it cos I got a lot of things in my mind", I thought, then I received a text on my phone, it was from Stacey my little sister, she is 12 years old and Phoebe my little cousin is 10 years old." Uhm.. sorry little sis but not now" I said and kept my phone in my bag then headed to the Subway, there I saw a door behind the fuel station,I entered feeling nervous and scared, in front of me was the shrunken Ship in a bottle, immediately, I took it, kept in my bag and came out of there. On my way back my conscience wouldn't stop judging me, I couldn't think straight, but this was all I can do to pay rent bills, light bills, school fees, afford new house equipments, shoes, clothes, food and stationeries for my babies.
" Mr Pi, I got this for you" I said while sitting in front of him, I brought out the shrunken Ship in a bottle and handed it over to him "how much would that cost"I asked, "Hmm, I'll calculate that, in the meantime mop the hair salon, it's really dirty" he replied and then grinned. ""Oh really, first the shrunken Ship in a bottle now mopping the salon,seriously?"" I said in me, ''" This man is a pain on the butt'', so I went to the salon to mop the floors, till night time, that place is huge, after doing that I went to his office and he placed an envelope in front of me and told me to go home, so I did just that, took the envelope and left for home.
