Tokyo, Japan's capital, is famous for its vibrant blend of ancient traditions and modern innovations, including iconic landmarks like Shibuya Crossing, the Tokyo Skytree, and the Imperial Palace, as well as its thriving culture of anime, manga, and electronics.
However, it is infamously known for housing various districts inhabited by ghouls. At first glance, a ghoul's external appearance is identical to that of a normal human, however, internally, it's another story. However, even the weakest of Ghouls possess an innate physiology that enables them to vastly outclass that of a normal human.
Ghouls possess enhanced physical abilities, regenerative healing factors, and an invulnerability to conventional weapons, however, the power scale varies from individuals, mostly depending on how well-fed the ghoul is. All ghouls possess a kagune, a biological organ unique to their physiology that serves as their natural weaponry and or armor.
But what they're most famous for is being humanity's only natural predator, as they can only survive by devouring human flesh. Despite all the evidence, a large majority of the population doesn't believe ghouls to be real, as they have not personally met them.

The two even went to a movie overall, a pretty successful date, and right now they were walking down a dark alley.
