Chapter Six: Who Is Lia Druleo?
Note:
This is a work of fiction. All Characters and events are solely based on imaginations.
.....
She wasn't always Lia Druleo.
Once, she had a name that dripped with gold and legacy.
Annalia Laurel, twin daughter of the most affluent family in the city.
They were untouchable. Until they weren't.
The night her sister died, so did she.
Or so they thought.
They came not with guns, but with silence.
With false diagnoses. With padded walls.
They called it "containment."
They said she was "unstable."
But I'm truth what the meant was that she knew too much.
Annalisa disappeared.
Into a private facility.
Drugged. Beaten. Brainwashed.
Her sister bled out Infront of her as she watched in full dispare.
And that was the price of a throne in a war she didn't start.
She didn't scream. She didn't cry.
She watched. She remembered.
She waited. When the drugs wore off and the name faded, someone else stood up.
Not the daughter.
Not the patient.
Not the girl they buried.
Lia Druleo.
No past. No ties. No rules.
She didn't reclaim her identity.
She built a new one, brick by burning brick
She became awoman with still eyes and a glass smile.
A ghost in designer heels.
Her brains cloaked in beauty. And her pain weaponized into presence.
She walks into rooms and people shift.
Not because they know who she is but
because something in them senses that:
'This woman is dangerous'.
.....
She has no loyalty left.
Not to her blood.
Not to her name.
Not to the city that let her rot.
She is intelligence stitched with trauma.
She is calm because she's done screaming.
She is merciless because mercy is a luxury she was never given.
She remembers every name.
Every lie.
Every betrayal.
And she writes them down.
One by one.
Not to forgive.
But to destroy.
From a Recovered Psychiatric Report (Redacted):
"Subject exhibits extreme emotional control.
Refuses to engage with empathy.
High intellect masked behind practiced detachment.
Shows signs of dissociative brilliance.
Warning: Subject's behavior induces stress-related dreams in staff.

They call this healing.
But I call it what it is 'containment'
I'm not broken. I was targeted.
They wanted me erased.
Instead, I evolved.
I don't miss my sister anymore but I miss who I was before they murdered her.
I watched her die.
I still hear it in my throat, like it's me who's choking.
They tell me I imagined it because they want me to forget but I know the truth.
Ghosts don't talk to me... I talk to revenge.
They trained me to smile while bleeding.
To forget but I remembered anyway.
I remembered the code on her wrist.
I remembered all this who stood and watched and said nothing.
I remembered what power does when it's afraid.
I don't want to rule the city.
I want to make it scream.
They thought I would die in here but I am not a flower.
I am not a patient.
I am a matchstick.
And tonight, I strike.
....
With blood flowing from her palm she wrote.
....
My name is Lia Druleo.
This is not my redemption.
This is your reckoning.
"They tried to forget me.
Now I will make sure they remember."
