Hurk….cough… "This is it..you're going to pay for what you've done." Her voice stern and deep and her soft hands crushing my neck. I can't breathe.
My voice reduced to a whisper under the pressure. "Please Eleanor…please don't do this." I can only ask, or beg. She's so close to me. Her breath caresses my face. The smell of wildflowers seems to permeate around me. In these last moments of this life I'm enveloped by her scent.
"All those people you killed, all those innocent people…" She begins to choke up. Hic..Sob Her tears fall gently on to my face. I can't move to prevent them from spilling out from her deep pink eyes. They envelop me, filled with stars. My body is too battered and my bones broken.
Her grip loosens, only a little, making it easier to speak. I purse my lips and stammer. "I-I didn't do it Eleanor..you have to believe me.." I can feel my own tears cascading down from my eyes.
Her breathing is labored and her body is in terrible shape, almost if not worse than mine. She releases my neck slowly. "Then talk. If I find out that what you're telling me is a lie I won't hesitate to kill you." Her eyes pierce into me as she turns and sits on the hard ground.
I rub my neck and feel the deep hand markings she placed there. Something stirs deep inside me but now's not the time so I shake my head and ignore it. "Listen El- No. M-Miss-." I scoot closer to her after getting up.
She snaps at me and glares. "You don't get to call me that right now." Her voice, laced with malice, anger and a twinge of embarrassment.
I feel my throat hitch. My heart seems to sink deep into my stomach. I can barely speak at more than a whisper. "I'm sorry….i'm really sorry Ellie.." My chest heaves as I turn my back to her. I can't let her see this.
I can feel her eyes on my back as I try to control my breathing. It's so hard to speak. My eyes sting and the tears block my vision. "I promise I-I didn't do this Ellie..sob..hic..i promise.." I hug my knees to my chest. I want to feel small. I want to disappear.

"I promise I-I didn't do this Ellie..sob..hic..i promise.." the girls voice sitting barely above a whisper. Her sobs seemed to etch themselves into my very soul. This wasn't how I wanted the meeting to go. I haven't seen her in so long and all the reports I got weren't positive. Each and everyone one of those destroyed villages, all the survivors talked about was a crazed Elf Vampire. I had hoped it wasn't her but when i saw her my body moved on its own and attacked. I attacked her, I attacked my Omien..
"Omein…" I reach out to her small back hesitantly. Pulling her around to face me. "Shhh it's okay.." As she turns around I pull her into my embrace. As my hand caresses and comforts her back a faint green glow of healing magic appears. "It's okay now..I'm sorry.."
"Ellie i promise! I didn't do anything wrong! Y-you hadn't sent me a letter in so long and when you didn't come back i just.." Her sobs become louder as she starts to gently pound on my chest. Her body seems so small in my arms and her slender arms shake in my embrace. "I didn't know where you were, it's been months and months..."
"I know Omie I'm sorry.. My work in the kingdom has been keeping me busy." I bit my lip drawing blood. It really wasn't her fault. The subjugation of the Elementals and fortifying the kingdom to prepare from the Empires invasion has kept all of the Towers mages busy. I know she can't leave this desolate castle and yet…
"Look, I've tried to find a way to break the curse.. I really have but no matter what I can't find anything.." This curse that binds her here is ancient magic. Even before my expedition team found her, how long had she sat in that decrepit throne room alone?
I hear the rustling of her once glorious black dress, tattered from out right and weathered from time as she looks up at me. Her deep crimson eyes, red and puffy, still brimming with tears bore into me. "Eleanor…" She looks back down and fidgets nervously with her hands. "I know you're working hard to free me but…it's okay.." She smiles, her beautiful face not ruined by the tears as they only add an air of mystery and melancholy to her already alluring atmosphere. "Please just leave me here." My breathing quickens and my hands get clammy and sweaty.
"N-no! I couldn't possibly!" I sit up quickly forgetting my injuries causing a sharp pain to shoot up throughout my whole body. "ow..ow ow.." "Ellie!" The girl's small hands start to anxiously explore my body looking for external injuries, pouring an unfathomable amount of healing magic into them all the while. "I-im sorry I knew you were injured and didn't help.." Her eyes shake nervously and her body shrinks away while she works.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I knew Eleanor was injured and didn't heal her, ohh why did i do that. I start applying as much healing magic as I can as my hands and body begins to shake. Even though I tried to put on a front to tell her to leave me if she actually did…i shake my head to disperse the thought.
While frantically healing her a soft chuckle escapes her parted lips. I look and feel my face flush with heat. Soft, naturally pale pink and gentle. Just like her. I feel her hand on my chin pulling my face up to look into her eyes. "Y-yes Eleanor..?" i try to avoid her eyes even though my face can't move but she tightens her grip on my chin forcing me to look at her. Her long blond hair falls down perfectly accentuating her gorgeous face.
Her eyes seem to wash over me, observing every inch making my whole body shudder. I don't know what this feeling is but…I like it…i think? "I'm sorry Omie. There were reports from ravaged villages that a rampaging vampire had caused the destruction and I thought that your curse had been broken and.." "And you thought I got thirsty and decided to destroy some villages." I pull my face away from her gentle grasp. I can feel her warmth that was once on my chin and..no. I'm mad. I back away from her embrace and stand up. Crossing my arms and pouting. I'm actually really mad. She came here and beat me up because she thought I escaped. Not happy at the prospect but angry! "Stupid Ellie.." I turn away, refusing to look at her.
Her voice stammers out, filled with anxiety. "N-no Omien please." she stumbles up quickly, attempting to move closer to me. At least my healing magic seems to have alleviated all of her wounds allowing me to let out a small sigh of relief. "Omein i'm sorry..i truly am." her voice tinged with guilt.
Her eyes look towards the ground shamefully allowing me to crack a small mischievous smile. "Then let me bite you!" Her face shoots up a deep crimson red. "W-What?!" "You heard me. Let me bite you and I'll forgive you." I turn my nose up and face away again. "You conniving little vampy." I steal a small glance back at her as she turns and exposes her soft pale neck making the deep blue veins even more pronounced.
I turn around and slowly inch my way closer to her. "J-just please..be a little gentle.." My mouth begins to salivate, as I open my mouth and extend my fangs, no longer than a pinky. It's been so long since I've had actual blood. I pull her into my arms but due to the height difference she has to crouch down slightly. And finally as I pierce her soft viens. My whole world goes black.
