Chapter 32 - Chapter Thirty-Two: The Six Sects of the East

The world had not gone blind to the shattering of the Seventh Seal.

Far beyond the shattered temple ruins — across the endless emerald rice terraces, over the thunderous mountain passes of Suranji, and beneath the burning incense skies of the East — something ancient stirred.

Not beasts.

Not gods.

But sects.

Six of them. Each older than empire. Each more secretive than myth. Each now fully aware of what had just occurred in the forgotten West.

The Lotus Envoy

In the floating citadel of Agrama, high above the Valley of Whispers, a blind woman in golden silks opened her lidless third eye.

A disciple stumbled back. "Mistress Chitra, what do you see?"

Her voice was a whisper dipped in centuries. "A seal broken… not by gods… not by chance… but by a man."

She raised her hand, and light bent around her fingers like silk.

"Send the Lotus Envoy. We must reach him before the West poisons his mind. Before the Skyborne Bastion closes its gates."

The Blade-Song Scroll

Within the crimson halls of the Scarlet Sabers Sect, swords hummed in unison.

Grandmaster Wei stood before an obsidian altar. His bare chest bore the same Vedic script now branded into Indra's.

He opened a scroll that had remained sealed for six hundred years — inked in phoenix blood, sealed with lightning wax.

Only one line remained legible:

"He who breaks the Seventh will either bind the East or burn it."

Wei narrowed his eyes. "Prepare the Third Sword. We ride at dawn."

The Cloudless Path

Deep within the uncharted forests of Velan, monks of the Silent Sky Sect meditated midair, tethered to nothing but stillness.

When the seal broke, every single monk awoke at once.

One by one, they chanted in a single voice:

"The Tempest King walks again."

Master Jai, the only one who could speak freely, turned toward the rising winds.

"The time has come to test the Dreamer of Storms."

He looked at his disciple. "Send the Cloudless Envoy. He must arrive before the storm consumes him."

The Five Remaining

From hidden citadels, stone palaces, floating isles, and underwater domes, the other three sects moved with equal urgency. • The Emerald Pillar Sect dispatched a Chrono-Seer. • The Celestial Fang Sect sent a masked hunter, known only as Vayu's Bite. • And from the enigmatic Sect of Black Flame, a silent shadow emerged — bearing no sigil, no name, and no soul.

Meanwhile — At the Edge of the Ruins

Kaelari stood beside Indra, who still knelt in the center of the scorched glyphs, the aftermath of the vision heavy on his frame. The ground beneath him had split into six perfect veins of lightning — each pointing… Eastward.

Kaelari stepped back as she noticed them.

"That's not just coincidence, is it?" she whispered.

Indra opened his eyes.

"No," he said. "They're already coming."

He looked to the rising sun, his voice no longer just human.

"The East remembers what the West forgot."
