Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: The letter in the Dark

3 children, Albus, James, and Lily, walk into Grumald's place. As soon as they entered, another girl, a bit older than James, said, "Help me, please help me. I'm your sibling, don't tell Dad about this, please help me, I'm dying. Some 100 feet away, a 17-year-old boy, Albus, gets up, sweating in the middle of the night, not able to process the dream he had. It was midnight, and he suddenly realized that it was his birthday, and he was 17, the legal age to do magic outside of school. He was still scared and frightened that the dream was real. He said to himself, "No, I only have 2 siblings. Or do I?" He decided to talk to his mother, Ginny Potter, about this, as the dream clearly stated that he should not mention this to his dad. Ginny was shocked to hear this dream, but she said that it was nothing. She tried to hide her emotions, but Albus was too keenly observant than she thought. He knew something was up and told his siblings. James and Lily were certain that something was wrong, and this dream was not just a dream. James remained still and told them he remembered a girl who was not Rose or any cousin of theirs when he was small, when his parents were trying to teach her how to walk. They were certain that they did have a sibling and tried to find out more. The next day, they went into their grandgodfather Sirius Black's room to talk, as no one had entered it, since their parents had a great connection with it, the room had been in the same condition since they remembered. They were discussing this plan, and suddenly Lily found a note in the cupboard that had never been opened. This was not a bit brown and torn. It read"Harry. Ginny.

You will see this as a crime. As betrayal. But I did what you could not.

She was never safe with you. The world you live in, the name she bears—it would have destroyed her.

I took her to save her. To give her a chance at life, awa

y from the shadows of war and prophecy.

Do not look for her. Do not speak of her. She is better off forgetting you.

But blood remembers. One day, she will find her way back. And when she does… I wonder who she will hate more—me, or you." -S.... The rest of the name was smudged beyond recognition. Lily was shocked, and she fainted on the spot.

James panicked. "Bloody hell, what do we do?!"

Albus crouched beside Lily. Her face was pale, her breathing shallow. "We can't take her to Mum and Dad," he said, his voice firm. "They'll start asking questions."

"Then who?" James asked.

Albus hesitated, and then his eyes widened. "Teddy."

James nodded. "Right. Teddy." He pulled out a small scrap of parchment and whispered, "Teddy Lupin." The Marauder's Map showed him moving around Grimmauld Place's library.

They carried Lily upstairs, knocking frantically.

Teddy opened the door, half-asleep, hair still changing colors from the shock of being woken up. "What the—?"

"Help," Albus gasped. "She just... collapsed."

Teddy's face turned serious. "Put her on the couch. What happened?"

James and Albus exchanged looks. Should they tell him?

Albus made a decision. He pulled out the letter and handed it over.

Teddy's eyes scanned the note. As soon as he reached the signature, his hands trembled.

"S..." he whispered.

James leaned forward. "You recognize it?"

Teddy didn't answer. He just stared at the letter, his face unreadable. Then, in a voice barely above a whisper, he muttered, "This... changes everything."

Where did you find it? Teddy says

Albus and James look at each other and say, "We don't know. I was in her hands by the time she fainted. We were discussing the dream in Sirius's room."

Teddy is shaken seeing the letter, his eyes look as if he is going to cry, as if he has solved a mystery.

You know something, don't you? said James.

Teddy, looking around, said Let's first try to wake Lily up, and anyway, we can't talk here.

James tries to wake her up, but she doesn't even flinch

Teddy, in the meantime, gets his wand and says, "Renervate."

Lily wakes up, but she's still weak. She mutters Blood remembers... She's coming back... Mi.

By the time Lily could say the next word, James cast "Auguamenti."

Lily opened her eyes, gasping and choking, "What the bloody hell, James?" She screamed. Teddy smacked James on the head. "Mate?Water?"

Lily sits up straight. "I remembered something, her name, but you, you bloody hell, James can't even sit still for a minute," She screamed.

Teddy starts going towards the books and says, "Follow me," the letter still clutched in his hands.

He pushed a book inside and said something which made the shelves open and welcomed them in.

There were boxes labeled with names.

Teddy took the box labeled Dean and rummaged through it until he found a letter.

He compared the handwriting. Before he could say a word, James took a parchment, ink, and quill from the tables and started scribbling.

"DEAN THOMAS—YOU BETTER EXPLAIN THIS RIGHT NOW OR I SWEAR—"

Suddenly, Teddy snatches the quill and says, "STOP. I asked Dean ages ago, he didn't do it."

It's in his handwriting said Albus

Lily, beside them, whose hands were crossed, rolled her eyes and said

"James, you absolute arse the letter clearly says the person who wrote its name starts with S. Use your brain for once"

"Excuse me!? I-"

She has a point, though, said Albus

"Ohh, so you're teaming up against me?" Screamed James

Teddy collapsed on the chair and said, "This is why I drink tea instead of bickering with you lot."

Lily snatches the letter and reads it aloud. "Dean, I had no choice; if I hadn't done it, she would've been lost forever." His voice was shaking slightly.

Why would Dean get a letter like that? said Albus

BECAUSE SOMEONE WAS WARNING HIM! If you guys could think any slower, you would go backward," said Teddy, especially to James and Albus

But warning about what? Said James.
