It does not grant instant strength but instead rewards persistence, observation, and personal growth. How It Works
Whenever the user witnesses or is directly affected by a technique—such as an attack, a spell, or a complex movement—they receive a faint imprint of it: an echo. These echoes are not physical copies or recordings; they are abstract, incomplete impressions left behind in the user's soul or mind, containing fragments of rhythm, intent, structure, and energy from the original act.
Once captured, an echo becomes dormant within the user's subconscious, stored in a metaphysical space known as the Forge Room—a mental "workshop" where the user can interact with and shape these echoes over time. Echoes can only be refined through sustained effort, including physical training, mental focus, and simulated repetition. The more the user experiences or analyzes the source technique, the clearer and more stable the echo becomes.
Through this process, the user doesn't replicate the original ability exactly; instead, they internalize and reforge it into something that aligns with their own style, limits, and nature. Each forged echo becomes a new, personal skill or enhancement, distinct from its inspiration yet born from it.
Usage
The ability is entirely experience-driven. The user must engage with the world, survive adversity, and repeatedly encounter skills to gather echoes. Simply observing from a distance yields faint impressions at best, while directly facing or surviving the technique strengthens the imprint. The act of forging an echo involves:

Limitations
