**Arin's Perspective**
As soon as the Shadow King entered the room, all of the wolves, with the exception of Queen Althara, bowed their heads in submission. She retreated from him and said, "No. You should hold off until I bring her to you!"
"Plans change," the Shadow King remarked nonchalantly. "In addition, I became weary of waiting."
The ceiling above us exploded at that moment. Wolves fell through the hole, landing gracefully on their feet as chunks of stone rained down. However, these were not the wolves of Queen Althara. I had never seen wolves like these before, so they were different.
A woman with bright red hair transformed from wolf to human and exclaimed, "The Moonridge Pack stands with Bloodfang!"
As more wolves arrived, another voice exclaimed, "The Silver Creek Pack is here!"
"Iron Mountain Pack!"
"Sunset Valley Pack!"
Wolves from various regions filled the room in a matter of seconds. The soldiers of Queen Althara were outnumbered three to one.
