The gate of the Knight's Tower loomed high, so massive it blocked out the sky behind it. Twin doors of iron-black metal bore carvings of ancient wars—knights kneeling before sacred symbols, and the visages of long-forgotten Guardians. Moss had crept into the cracks, blending ruin with reverence.
The trio stood in silence for a few long seconds, as if even speaking would disrupt the eerie stillness.
"It's sealed by an enchantment," Cedric said, eyes studying the faintly glowing sigils etched into the stone frame.
Karl stepped closer. The soulstone at his hip vibrated faintly—responding to a familiar energy. Sagittarius appeared behind him, his form shimmering with translucent light.
> "This place was once the convergence of the Guardians' souls," said Sagittarius.
"But none have dared summon them in centuries. Thus, the gate will open only for one with… 'true resolve'."
"Then open it already," Molvar chimed in. "We've got resolve, weapons, and hunger!"
