They rode through the night, Vaela's arms tightly wrapped around his waist, her face pressed tenderly into his back. The soft innate growls of his slow, deep breaths seem to gently ease her thumping heart.
His cruiser roared through The Wailing Woods, like a lion prowling among its trees. Flickers of moonlight snuck in between the leaves to light a path of shimmer and shadows as they raced towards Vaela's estate.
Then she felt his muscles tense and twitch under the thick leather, his breathing slowed and the roaring machine between their legs simmered to a purr.
"Are you ok?" Vaela asks into his ear.
"Just… need… a break." he strained.
They pulled over near a small clearing where Vaela gently helped him off the bike and eased his walk until she lay him down in a soft patch of thick grass.
"Lilith!" Vaela called under her breath.
"Starting to wonder if you'd ever need me again." she smiled, appearing next to Vaela in a puff of smoke. She drops a first-aid kit in Vaela's hands, shoots her a sly wink and poofs off again, peeping on them silently from a nearby bush.
Draped in moonlight, and with a tenderness he had only dreamt of, Vaela gently began to clean his words as he watched on silently. Her eyes were focused, yet overflowed with an honest compassion.
She finishes dressing the last cut and slumps down into the soft green next to Dominic, the two lay slightly, staring at a sky overflowing with stars.
"I'm sorry about what happened back there." Dominic groaned.
"You protected me." Vaela replies softly as she slowly sits up, golden hair cascading delicately down her shoulders. "You stood up for me." she adds. "Bled… for me." she whispers, tracing her fingers along fresh wounds across his chest.
She leans down and kisses him gently as her nails carve crude shapes around into skin, tickling him with tiny titillations.
"Ever since I can remember I felt like I had to prove myself. Like I always had to push forward, had to be the strongest, the most brutal just to survive…" he laments, his gruff voice softened by burdened emotions. "But when I'm with you… Vanessa. It's… I know this is stupid… but, I think I—"
Vaela snatches his lips with another kiss. Deeper, longer. No magic, no tricks, only raw feelings feeding into their carnal cravings.
He grabs her, lifting off the ground with one arm as he rises to his feet. She could only hang on, clasp onto his face, digging her fingers into his hair as her tongue slithered deeper into his mouth and claws tore off her clothes.
The crisp, cold air brushes across her body as he lays her down gently upon the grass. She watches with nervous exhilaration as he tears off the rest of his attire and presents the unconfined, muscled immensity of his naked form.
She whimpers softly under her breath as her gaze moves down toward his feet. Moonlight melting down his legs, casting a shadow that reached to his knees.
Vaela gulps, hardens her resolve through bitten lip, and flicks her fingers at him, beckoning him in.
Bathed in a silver-blue light that glowed over their skin like shimmering water, the pair tangled among roots and fallen leaves. Pressed bodies rolled and ravaged through the grass, filling the forest with the moans and growls and squeals and howls of savage, sensual pleasure.
It wasn't part of her plan, she didn't want to seduce him. But it felt raw, it felt good and it felt real. He held her tight like she was precious to him, and she took him in like he was hers.
When they finally broke for a break, bodies burning as they lay splayed out on top of each other, sweating, dazed and gasping for air, she realized — she didn't just want to seduce a wolf. She wanted to love the man inside.
Her moment of silent realization would not last long, as Dominic quickly made it clear that the rumours of alphas were very true, and very understated.
His appetite proved insatiable, with stamina that never seemed to end.
Lilith watched silently, diligently, wide eyes gleaming with satisfaction as she committed every beat, bounce and slap to vivid memories.
---------
The next morning Vaela lay spoaking deep in a tub of scalding water. Her face still firmly frozen in a moment of ethereal bliss.
"That good?" Lilith chuckles as she pops her head out of the water wearing a sly grin.
Vaela nods without a word, her face split with a smile from ear to ear as she stares blissfully into the distance.
"Well… I'm listening." Lilith smirks, leaning back, over the bath's edge.
"I know you were watching… you sneaky devil." Vaela snips at her.
"Of course! Wouldn't miss it!" Lilith snaps back. "But I want to hear it from you."
Vaela swallows a deep breath, her mind still racing with thoughts of Dominic. His body, his touch, his everything. After a long sigh, she begins babbling about her experience like an excited school girl spilling tea.
"...and the way he held me." she moans, eyes pressed closed as she relives the moment. "Ugh… I swear to god… like he was scared he'd break me, you know. But also like he wanted to break me!"
"Mmm. Sounds like he rattled more than just your bones." Lilith giggled.
But then Vaela's eyes lowered and her voice softened.
"But… I messed up. It wasn't supposed to happen this way." Vaela says, her voice tinged by a crack of disappointment.
Lilith turns away, trying desperately to hide her knowing grin.
Vaela sinks lower beneath the water, her face barely breaking the surface as she contemplates the future of her second conquest.
"What do I do now?" she wondered aloud. "How do I seduce a man when I've already given him all of me."
Lilith bursts into muffled laughter as she tries to creep out of the bath.
"Hey! What's so funny?" Vaela barks, grabbing onto her foot. "I'm freaking out here and you're laughing. So you do want me to fail after all!"
"You already had him!" Lilith exclaims as she bursts into laughter.
"What!?" Vaela shrieks.
"Yep. You had the big, bad, brooding wolf hooked like a guppy the minute he saw you rubbing Ms. Pattison's feet."
"You really are a demon!" Vaela sneered. "Then what the hell was I doing for the last five days?"
"Putting on one hell of a show. The drama, the romance, the sex! Bravo, kitten, I was hooked." Lilith smiles as she slowly claps her hands.
Vaela only glared at her before dipping below the bubbles, blowing raspberries at the sly succubus who flailed about in the water as she laughed.
She would end up being the recipient of Vaela's silent treatment for most of the day.
"Forgive my lack of transparency, kitten, I promise this won't happen again." Lilith purred, rubbing her feline face across Vaela's thigh as she lay soaking up sun on a lounge chair next to her pool. "In fact, I'll make that promise your next reward."
Vaela's ears perked up at the prospect of new powers.
"Do I have to kiss you again?" she groaned.
"There are other ways…" Lilith smirked. "But they're messy, and take time. Lots of fun though. Wanna try?"
"Argh… just kiss me." Vaela spat.
With a swirl of smoke, Lilith pops into her humanoid form, grabs the sides of Vaela's face and slaps her with a long, wet, slippery kiss. Her forked tongue flicking and fondling about in Vaela's mouth.
She tries to resist the rising waves of pleasure that pulse through her brain, but the power of Lilith's touch proves overwhelming as her body slumps into a quivering mess.
"I… hate… that…I… love…that…ugh."
Vaela tries to protest, but only finds her eyes rolling back into head as they blur out of focus.
She jolts up a moment later, eyes wide and mind suddenly cleared of all confusion and anxiety.
"Kisses that give you mind clearing orgasms?" Vaela snaps. "That's a fucking cool power!"
"No." Lilith chuckles. "That was an apology for stringing you along with Dominic. Knew you'd like it, though."
"Demon!" Vaela sneers as she sticks her tongue out at Lilith.
"That's your new power." Lilith exclaims, pointing to her head.
Floating just above her were 6 hearts. Like cartoon speech bubbles or power-bars from a video game.
"What the hell's that?" Vaela shrieked.
"An affection meter." Lilith says proudly.
Above her, two hearts glowed crimson, while another four stood empty, filled only with shadow.
"It's pretty simple." Lilith scoffs. "Stand close enough to someone, and you'll know exactly how much they like you. The more red the hearts, the better. Get all six, and they're yours."
Vaela lips began to curl into a smile as she listened to Lilith's explanation.
"Now that is useful!" she grinned. "Should have made this my first reward!"
"Then I wouldn't have gotten to see Mr. Martinez make such sweet, sweet love to you. Over and over and over and over and over—"
"Ok!" Vaela snapped.
"And the howling. Oof!" Lilith says, shivering her body as she bites at her lip. "Tag me in next time!"
"Do you want me to bite you? I'll freaking bite you, demon!" Vaela roars, jumping onto her feet as she leaps at Lilith who poofs out of reach, cackling like a naughty child.
She chased the slippery succubus around the garden until they were interrupted by the ringing of her phone.
She grabs the device, eyes widening as she reads the screen.
"North Pine Retirement Home - Emergency Contact."
A sudden chill grips her.
