Harper stared at the blonde guy, he was among the list of the most feared students, his broad shoulders intimidating her and his sweet smile got her to smile too. Tilting her head making it rest on her scarf that was on tied on her neck which was concealing the wounds on it.
His smile was exquisite and his face was alluring but not compared to Rowan although he appeared gloomy, the guy was very handsome with the two dotted like birthmarks under his brown eyes making his face so attractive.
Harper knew he was handsome but she can't fall for him that easily and was only smile at him because he smiled at her, unknown to him he thinks the girl has already fell for him.
"Sir, why is my tutor from senior year?"she asked in curiosity making Conrad has a slight frown.
"Conrad swayer is one of the best students when it comes to this subject, freshman students are nothing compared to him so be grateful and stop asking me questions young lady," he then turned to Conrad "supervise her on everything she needs to know about, I'll take my leave and leave you to it," he then left the class.
"I'm...." She wanted to introduce when he chimed in.
"Don't worry about introducing I already know your name, Harper Willow right?" He asked in a polite manner and smile that made her give him a questioning look.
"How did you know my name have we introduced before," she said politely and he answered. "No we haven't but you're the tall of the school and I've already seen your documents," he revealed trying his best not to be impertinent.
"Okay, where shall we start?" She asked giving him a warm smile that made his heart flatter blissfully.
"How about we start in the library?" He asked and she answered in excitement "great."
"Can't believe my tutor turned out to be this handsome and it's the first time someone is tutoring me, his face is enticing, I hope this doesn't get another rumor about me after they said I did something to make him not get angry at me which they aren't even sure about," she thought to herself with a sad expression on her face that got noticed by Conrad.
"Don't feel inconvenient around your senior, soon we'll become great friends," he reassured her.
"That not the thing, the thing is this is my first time someone other than an instructor is tutoring me so I don't know if you will feel comfortable with me not being meticulous about the tutoring," she confessed with a faint smile.
"Don't worry about that, you will be after seeing how fun it is," he said with a sweet smile that made her draw in deep breaths.
He then felt thrilled that his face is doing its work well after noticing the human feels comfortable around him.
They walked towards the library with the students passing by glaring and staring at her and it made her feel uncomfortable, she felt she was already naked by the number of eyes that came to rest upon her.
The people soon started their gossip, with the air filled with voices, whispers and mumbles of people who saw them pass by, "is she dating him?"
"What is she doing with him, I knew they would give her a lesson."
" Is it my eyes, because I see her smile sheepishly at him."
"It didn't even take a week but she has become so famous, she look like a harlot with that enticing and seductive smile."
She heard some mumbles from the Crowd that made her feel like an outcast, she felt discouraged of wanting to continue the school, she shoved that thought aside as she has faced a lot worse than this, and with confidence she ignored them.
And a person said enough to get the crowd hear "who knows if she has slept with them or even the one she is walking with." That made the crowd giggle and laughed at her.
Harper who has heard this stopped in her track her frOwned face, squeezed more in anger, clutching her bag that she was holding and the other hand clenched into fist.
Before she could lash on the person that made the comment Conrad turned to the person and walked up to them giving the girl a tight slap enough to make her fall on the ground with blood stains on her mouth.
The crowd gasped in shock as they kept staring "maybe they are dating," some said and he looked at the crowd with a frown.
"Don't you guys have other things to do?" He lashed our on them in hoarse making the crowd starting to disperse before they would land on the infirmary.
After seeing the crowd disperse he walked up to her and said. "No need to feel angry anymore okay," he said with a friendly smile.
"Thank you," she replied and the walked towards the library building, at the other side stood three girls who watched the scene amber and Olivia and ryla.
"Never seen him lash out on the crowd like that before, and this is my first time I saw him smile at a human, are you thinking what am thinking?" Olivia asked and didn't receive a response and she turned to amber.
"Oh! I'm sorry if what I said hurt you," Olivia apologized after noticing her friend was sad.
"She is just getting all the boys attention, sometimes when she walks past me and Bryan he always stare at her, I don't know what there really see in her, is she some kind of goddess or something?" Ryla commented in a abrupt tone.
" I won't spare her! Do you know he told me right at my face that he doesn't like me and likes her, telling me my feelings were too late!" Amber revealed to her friends making
Them feel antipathy over the innocent girl who was not at fault.
" That girl should pay for what she has caused, what a audacious human," ryla said in utter resentment and disdain.
" And I think Rowan is still falling for her charms and I sometimes see them together," Olivia said, everybody knew that Olivia has liked Rowan right since they were young and Conrad and amber dated when they they were young and he broke up with her, but she hasn't given up on him.
"You mean my brother is talking to that trash?" Amber said after thinking Rowan was only going to use her to satisfy himself but the way Olivia said it made her feel Rowan was interested in her.
Amber and Olivia turned to look each other with frown on their faces and they said at same time "we both have the same enemy."
"Time to deal with that scrumptious frail looking human," she cursed and smiled noxiously using her tongue to run through her long fangs, feeling the sharpness with the tongue.
