Prologue

In an age long forgotten, when all dimensions were seamlessly intertwined, a harmonious existence flourished among the myriad races.

Celestials, werefolk, oaks, deviants, and countless other divine beings coexisted in a tapestry of peace and unity. Yet, this tranquility was not destined to last.

One fateful day, an entity of unfathomable darkness emerged, its ambition to conquer and corrupt. With an army of shadows, it brought the essence of malevolence into the sacred dimension of Earth.

The humans, desperate and overwhelmed, sent a distress call that echoed across the realms, beseeching aid from all factions.

In response, the races rallied. Celestials descended with their radiant might, werefolk transformed under the moon's glow, oaks wielded the ancient power of the forests, and deviants unleashed their unpredictable chaos.

A cataclysmic war ensued, shaking the very foundations of existence. Yet, the entity's power was immense, and many noble races fell in the struggle.

In a final, desperate act, the king of the celestials summoned all his strength, driving the entity and its minions back into the void.

With a heavy heart, he sealed the bridges between dimensions, severing the worlds to prevent further invasion.

As the dust settled, the surviving races fled, seeking refuge before the bridges closed.

All but the celestials, who found themselves stranded in the human realm. With no means to return home, they blended into human society, their divine essence mingling with mortal blood.

From these unions, hybrids were born—beings of extraordinary potential, possessing the strengths of both celestial and human heritage.

Among these hybrids was a child who, upon learning of his divine lineage, yearned to reclaim his celestial birthright. Driven by this desire, he crafted a device capable of breaching the veil.

With it, he led his people back to their celestial realm, where he was crowned the new king.

Yet, the legacy of that ancient war lingers. It is whispered that the entity's influence still seeps into the hearts of the world, sowing seeds of fear and darkness.

This tale of conflict and courage, of unity and betrayal, is said to have inspired the traditions of Halloween—a night when the veil between worlds is at its thinnest, and the echoes of that ancient battle can still be felt.

As the world turns and the shadows lengthen, one question remains: will the entity rise again, and if so, who will stand to face it?
